I like that it is plastic due to rust issues we had with previous fan. The light itself is a bright white, not warm, so had to find a fix to warm it up. Additionally, the ruse that you don’t need to go into attic is false. Otherwise, it seems good so far, pulls out a lot of steam and quieter than our previous fan.

good value - light is a bright white and may be too bright for smaller rooms
Not the easiest to install.
The plastic damper attachment has plastic pins that hold the flap, and one broke during installation. (When we purchased the fan the photo showed a metal damper, but they are now sold with plastic dampers.) The wiring came out in a spot too close to the damper, so as we installed it the exhaust hose had to make a 90 degree corner to go outside. The light is wonderfully bright and the fan works well, but it was a pain to install.
Good fan, attractive fixture, ugly LED light, but overall a decent value
Although it claims to be "brushed aluminum", it is, in fact, silver plastic. Not a big deal, but disappointing.

Good fan for the space limitation
We installed this fan replacing what I believe was at least 20+ years old fan during our remodel. The instructions were a little confusing because we needed to fit this into what was a very old fixed space. Our house is from 1958 and working with the wiring in the ceiling can be a pain (also within the tiny space to connect). It took a while and we were able to connect it, the way it adapts to an older housing was great though we did forgo using the internal fan connecters (just the lack of flexibility with the older wires) and we used caps to do the electrical connection and it worked perfectly.
Bathroom exhaust fan
Love it! Highly recommended!

Size Matters - This thing is absolutely gigantic. I was shocked when I received it so I went back online to see how I could have made that mistake - turns out there is nothing on the website which gives dimensions of the overall light.

I'm a bit of a DIYer, but this ended up being more of a project than I thought, but it was my fault for not researching it more. After a rough start, I ended up hiring a contractor friend of mine to do the job for me and his comment was that it wasn't any easier or harder than similar units in terms of installation. I like the light and the fan, while not extremely quiet, isn't that noticeable so fine with the sound level on that. Overall, a solid A-.

Updating my bathrooms and time to replace old noisy ceiling fans and a new light. Originally my exhaust fans were just fans- had separate light fixtures. We like the idea of adding a fan with a light- light can be wired to run with fan or separately by itself If you operate them separately you need wiring for a second switch. Since I was replacing an existing fan I had exhaust duct work in place. The light is about 4000 k- a good color rendering for a bathroom- and equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb. Wires on the fan were all marked and wiring was easy with quick connects if you choose to use them.. This fan is much quieter than the one it replaced. Current picture on Home Depot's web page show what appears to be a metal air outlet. Ours was shipped with a plastic outlet and damper which I like better. The fan housing is metal and appears well made.

Good quality fan and light that is updated with technology! What a great fan with quality parts and plenty of light. Has brackets to mount properly and to support the assembly. I would like it more if it’s light was square but I thought I would like it better this way. I still like it’s design and it’s looks. I recommend this product for any home owner.

This fan is big enough to work but not so big that it takes up too much room. The light is very large and looks great. The shutoff flap is removable. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Be sure to have an exterior exhaust plan in place before tacking this project. If you vent it into the basement or attic it could promote mold. Chec kyou local codes!

[Rewarded Review] The Homewerks Worldwide Decorative White 80 CFM Ceiling Mount Bathroom Exhaust Fan with LED Light...
The Homewerks Worldwide Decorative White 80 CFM Ceiling Mount Bathroom Exhaust Fan with LED Light appears to be an easy install with lots of features (like the fan and light being on just one switch), but may be best suitable for home to-be built, not a replacement/upgrade. Our shower currently has 1 light (connected to one switch) but we experience lots of mildew build up on the painted walls so this light/fan combo seemed to be a great option (and great that the fan does not need its own switch), but - you need to walk the layout of your attic before starting/attempting this project. All materials are very well-made with clear instructions (for both totally new install as well as replacement), BUT if you can't get to the attic space above the cut-out in your shower, it can be virtually impossible for this to be an at-home job without hiring professionals (see pictures). We can perform all necessary steps on the in-shower side, but can not get to the back corner of our home via the attic (where the unit needs to be screwed into the attic slats and connect the duct-work from the unit to existing duct or the roof) without having a professional install done (so we done fall through our ceiling trying to get back there).
