[Rewarded Review] Strong, Quiet, and Sleek

A great upgrade from our old fan. It is so quiet compared to the previous fan. The lights are bright but can be adjusted to three different levels. The fan itself really pulls out the moisture. A few issues I had with installation mainly involved the removal of the old fan. I only had 4 wires ran for the previous fan so I wasn't able to utilize the night light feature (need 5 stranded wire for this) and buying the recommended switch for that feature wasn't worth the expense. It did initially come with a broken duct connector but the company sent a replacement quickly. Overall a great looking and operating fan, just know that you will need a 5 strand wire and a special switch to take advantage of the night light feature.

[Rewarded Review] Stylish smoke vent in our mancave

Using it for an exhaust in our mancave where my husband smokes. It's quiet and matches his other recessed lights. Moves more air than the exhaust fans in my house. When I replace those I planning on doing it with more like this. Only issue is it vents out the side instead of straight up like the rest of my fans but that's fixable with a little working of the ducting if you have the room.

Lots of great features in this! Love that the nightlight is separately switched from the main light. Also like that you can select which 'color' of white the main light is - I can't stand the harsh 'cool' whites and it's nice to be able to have the warmer white. Fan isn't too loud either. Things to know about this is that you will need three switches to control this - one for fan, one for main light, and one for night light. They do sell a special switch to go along with it. Another note - to select the color of the main light you switch the light on and off until you get to the color you want and then leave it on for at least 7 seconds to 'lock' the color. But if you later flip the light on and off, you loose the lock.

I like the look. Like that it has an LED light and a night light. Not crazy about everything being plastic, especially the flapper part - it is made of very cheap plastic.

[Rewarded Review] Could not install.

The product appears to be of good quality. It is well packaged in the box and has a good instruction manual for installation and use. The intended use of this product was to exhaust it through the wall of a small bathroom. I thought the narrative of the product before ordering stated an attic was not necessary for installation, but the manual states an attic or crawl space is required - the space above this bathroom will not accommodate the product so I can't install it for exhausting out the roof or the outer wall. It also states existing duct and wiring is required and we do not have those and would have to hire an electrician to rig up the wiring. I am disappointed that these requirements were not stated in the narrative.

[Rewarded Review] Quiet and Bright Bath Fan Upgrade

This fan has some neat features. The large round cover and light provide some grace for gaps in the ceiling if this 7.25 x 7.5 inch housing does not fill the gaps of the old fan. The outer ring is a night light, the inner light can be changed to three light levels/colors with a quick flick of the switch. The fan can be on a third switch. I wired all three to one existing switch so the fan and both lights are on all the time. The flick feature still works to adjust the center light. Fastening to the ceiling joist was easy. There are two slotted holes to set screws first and then hang the fan and the last two holes lock it in place. The vent outlet is four inches for maximum flow. I adapted this down to a two inch existing vent hose. The wiring could use some more space. Most inspectors require the connections to be inside the fan housing. I barely squeezed three wire nuts in the space provided. There would have been two additional wires and more wire nuts if I had used three switches. Overall this was a good install. To do this install again I would have planned on fastening a 2 x 3 metal box to the fan housing for connector room with a cover and to seal around the vent with spray foam. The finished look is modern. The light is bright and the fan is very quiet.

This light / night light / fan was easy to install. It has easy to follow instructions. The light is very bright, and the fan is super quiet. It does move a lot of air when turned on. The night light is a nice addition and is not harsh on your eyes. I would recommend this Light/Fan/ Night light.

This bathroom fan is well made and the instructions were very easy to follow. I was replacing an existing bathroom fan and that took me way longer to remove than it was to replace it with this Akicon bathroom fan.

An extremely high quality product. The fan is powerful but quiet. The light is bright and the night light is really useful. Installation is the same as any bathroom exhaust fan. None are easy.

[Rewarded Review] Modern and efficient bathroom fan.

I need to replace my old bathroom vent which was loud, ugly and inefficient. I chose the Akicon bathroom vent fan which is more efficient and has a nice modern design. Removing my old vent fan and installing the new one took about 2.5 hours. It was not hard because the instructions were very informative. Unfortunately no wire connectors and a light/fan switch were provided so I used my old ones. Because my electrical line has just one light wire, I connected night lights with main lights together. So when I turn my fan switch on, the lights and fan starts together. I can also change the main lights color temperature ( there are 3 different color temperatures) by just toggling the on/off/on switch several times. I like how the new bathroom fan looks, it is a lot more silent, more efficient and very bright.

[Rewarded Review] Nice looking low profile led fan light

I really like the build of the fan and the looks of the light. The nightlight is a nice touch too, though I don't care for the extra switch to utilize it. Toggling the light switch to change color is a neat idea and works well. I prefer the color of the middle setting. It does get accidentally changed at times, but it's not an issue. The fan is quiet for it's size.

[Rewarded Review] Wonderful lighting

This a great product. 3 functions. Fan, light, nite light. Removing a 40 year old bathroom fan was the most time consuming. I did not have enough attic space so all was done from the ceiling. Be careful of sharp edges. My opening was fine did not have to cut drywall. Connecting the electric and vent pipe was difficult due to working from the ceiling. Be patient. I have a humidity sensor that I have used, it works fine. I do need to get a 3 gang switch to be able to individually control the functions. With one switch you can adjust the nite light and fan light by switching on and off. I did need to use some gap filler once the new box was installed. Easy. Wonderful light ambiance switching to the 3 light settings. Great product.

[Rewarded Review] Modern twist on a common fixture.

Good quality fan/light combo. Nice modern design is a welcome change to the over-done square vents that are common to nearly every bathroom. Seems to hold up on quality and i would defibitely recommend this unit for new construction.

Not a bad install would definitely recommend they include a template for screws. The worst part will be removing old unit. The light color is two options the white is are favorite.

Light/fan. Installed in guest bathroom. Took about 30min to install. Pretty easy. Great product. Light is bright and fan works well and is very quiet.

This is a great product combining the light and fan in one sleek design. We chose the mat black trim and are not disappointed. The unit is designed to work with a three-rocker switch to allow dimming. It has a night light incorporated feature and is designed to be quiet and efficiently ventilate rooms up to 85 sq. ft. It has three white light modes: Warm, Natural and Daylight. The light is a nice size at 12 1/2" w x 1 3/4" d. Recommend this product.
