[Rewarded Review] Well made heavyweight brass faucet

BWE single-handle single-hole Modern Bathroom Faucet for a single hole bathroom cabinet. This faucet was specifically designed to be used with a single hole faucet cabinet, it has no adapter to be retrofit to a 3 hole cabinet, it is constructed with heavy brass material that will last for years. Its a simple installation using the existing easy to follow instructions. It includes adapter fittings to use with almost any existing setup, it even includes thread tape if needed. The hoses are marked red for hot blue for cold water, although i felt the hoses were 4 inches too short, they did work just fine. The water pressure felt good after a 30 minute install. The drain tail pipe looks good and installs easily, it is one of the single touch type that is all the rage, no lift handle makes the install easy and quick. Very nice faucet that should last many years.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this BWE brand faucet because I’m not very familiar with the brand. I still wasn’t floored when I opened the box, but when I sat it in my sink, wow, I am impressed! This is a fantastic faucet and I love its size. Not only is it taller than the faucet I had in my half bath before, it also juts out further. Beautiful gold color is stunning and combined with the size, this faucet is a modern beauty. I love the subtle hot and cold icons on the handle. They are small so don’t take away from the aesthetic of the faucet. Doesn’t come with a lot of parts, so you know it’s going to be an easy install. The huge stopper can be used with sinks that do or do not have an overflow hole. No faceplate or escutcheon plate is included. Simple instructions included to install the stopper and faucet. Handle turns left/right for hot/cold and up/down for on/off. Comes with plumber’s tape and other hardware. Juts out 6 1/4 inches from front to back and is 6 inches tall. It’s simply a beautiful faucet with a classy, satin bright antique gold finish. Pairs nicely with my new 3D butterfly mirror I haven’t hung yet and I plan to paint my vintage light fixture gold to match it. Securely packed in foam and plastic. No written warranty information included.
