Displeased customer

Because I ordered 2 and was sent one. Called to check on the order and I was told to contact my bank to fight the charge. I asked if I could be sent the other unit and was told it couldn't be done that I should file the dispute. In a nutshell I decided against filing due to not wanting to get issued a new card and all the hassle. So I had to eat that spunt money. I will never shop at Lowes again. I will continue to patronize Homedepot and Ace.

I gave it two stars because 1 out of 3 robe hooks worked. The one that works is great. It does exactly what I need it to do. The other two kept losing their suction. My new home does not have a place for towel rings and I wanted these to attach to the mirrors in the bathrooms, to be used for the hand towels. I tried and tried to get the other two to stay attached, but they kept loosing their suction and falling off onto the floor. I'm returning those, today actually.

They did not not work at all on my tile...

They did not not work at all on my tile walls so I switched to use them on the back of a painted wood door which had a smooth surface. Unfortunately, they did not maintain their suction. I just hung one towel from each, but after two days they fell to the floor. I tried a few times to reapply before returning.

The directions say that it can't be mounted on a painted wall, but that was not clear when I bought it. So it's useless to me. Of course Wayfair won't take it back because too much time passed.

Terrible, they don’t stay at all. They keep falling. Nice concept, they look great but the suction is terrible. The only one that has stay on is the one we put in the bathroom
