Big and attractive

It’s very big. Did not expect it to be that big just because my old toaster oven was much smaller. I also wanted something that has a bunch more settings and lasts me a long time. It’s also very appealing to look at which is very nice and makes me more attracted to my kitchen.

Don't buy - does not last 6 months

Loved it for about 5 months and then it would not hold the temperature...always was about 25-30 degrees below the setting. Service/warranty department made me jump through a lot of hoops (including making a video) to replace it. Now the replacement has stopped baking completely, in less than 4 month. I am 70 and live alone, so it is not being overused or abused. There is no reason for such poor quality at that price.

Great little oven

Heats very quickly, cooks everything perfectly; toast is evenly toasted, bagels are perfect, fish, chicken, potatoes all turn out great. Use crisp finish on left over chicken pieces and they are amazing, crispy and juicy. This appliance also looks pretty in the kitchen, matching my other cafe appliances.

Make room on your countertop!

I debated if I really needed this added to my cafe collection - the answer is YES!!! So many awesome cooking features, it has quickly evolved to daily use!!

Beautiful Countertop Oven

So far so good. I’ve made Pizza in my new oven and it baked it to perfection. Off to a great start.

Very convenient for 2 people

I purchased this a year ago, Nov 2023, and use it daily. It is the perfect size now that my kids are out of the house and so much easier to clean. I was preheating to bake cookies last night when the oven just shut off and will not turn on again. I called the service line, and once I got to a human, they agreed to replace the oven since the warranty had not expired. If you have a problem, definitely call them. I will be getting a new oven through a rebate process. But they are giving me no hassles.

Functional and versatile as it’s stylish.

The first thing I would say is this air fryer/oven combo looks incredible on any counter. My wife initially did not want this because it’s bigger than your average oven and we’re minimalists so we try to keep our counter clean and spacious. But it’s so beautiful particularly the golden brass handles that it elevates any counter space especially if you compare it to most basket-style air fryers or your typical silver or gray convection ovens. We have gotten so many compliments from guests. It just flat out looks great. Function-wise, it’s versatile because of it has so many cook modes that you can go from toasting bread to air frying chicken to baking salmon. It’s also big enough that it can accommodate a 12 inch pizza (actually comes with a pizza pan). There’s a special mode called crisp finish that does exactly its namesake and I love it because it’s like having a mini broiler. I’ve use it finish baked ribs or even crème brûlée. I also love that it preheats pretty quick compared to your kitchen oven since it’s smaller. But unlike your typical countertop oven, it’s digital so it’ll let you know when it’s preheated to desired temperature. I can honestly say this is the most utilized appliance in our kitchen.

As a non-cook almost, it took me awhile to used to this, had to learn what settings make things taste better, I use airfry a lot, and at the end use the crisp function for a few minutes, often I have to cut down the time called for on package directions on the air fry cycle, and only do the crisp function for 2, 3, 4 minutes or so. I was very impressed that when I plugged my oven in to a new outlet, only the control panel would light up, not even the inside light bulb would work. e-mailed GE, who sent out a replacement oven. Turns out it was my expensive surge protector that was supposed to be able to handle 20 amps, heavy duty appliances - this oven only uses 15 amps max. Was impressed that GE covered this product so quickly. Had to return replacement oven as nothing wrong with mine. I may buy another for a good friend.

Excellent results

I have used the Cafe oven for a few months. I have roasted a chicken, baked molasses bread, muffins, an apple dutch baby and air fried chicken legs. I've baked numerous casseroles. The bagel setting toasts perfectly. Everything turns out just right. I love being able to brown a light extra at the end of a bake. My husband likes the easily visible digital display.

Kitchen necessity.

Not worth the money

All of the labels, including the cafe label, is fading or gone. It's hard to clean, it start smoking after a few minutes of cooking.

Yeah, a little pricey when compared to other similar models (like Cuisinart) but in my opinion worth it. It is larger than most toaster ovens, heats up quickly, gets whatever task done very well without the need to constantly check and adjust time or temp. I'm a believer of you get what you pay for, I hope the rest of the family takes care it and cleans it so we can enjoy it for years to come.

Judge the book by its cover.

It looked beautiful when I first bought it. Now all the letters are smudged & the copper cafe word is completely gone. It's also hard to clean. It's not worth the money.

Hot and Fast

This overn is super hot and super fast! It looks really nice also and I would have given it 5 stars except I was disappointed to see the knobs are made of plastic as opposed to metal.
