Great range but touchscreen is sensitive

Although I love my range, the tocuh screen panel has been giving me issues ever since the last update. Many times I have to go in through the app to turn my oven on. I had a tech come out and they replaced it but I'm still having the same issue.

Loving my new range.

I’ve only had my range 3 weeks and I’m having to learn how to cook on it, the heat is much more intense than my old cooktop. I love the ease of use and the different features.

Overall Good - Makes Noise on 'Bake' Mode

Generally good product. Very clean look - nothing too fancy or simple. One downside is when you use the oven there is a fairly noticeable 'rattle' that comes from the back of the appliance. This isn't overly loud but is noticeable and can be a bit concerning since no previous higher end products have done this (in my experience)

Super GE Cafe product. So beautiful and well built

All GE CAFE appliances

I have 4 cafe appliances, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher . They are by far the cheapest built appliances I’ve ever owned. No kids living here and the microwave handle has broke twice and GE doesn’t care. Shelf in fridge broke, oven can’t keep time for more than 12 hours, guess the only good news is dishwasher is still working currently without issues. Bought them because of looks and GE reputation turns out to have been a major mistake.

Some nice features

Cafe CGS700P2MS1 Gas Range have used now for six months and the oven racks are hard to move in/out, they do not glide. The top range scratches very easily from the grates, the oven door has one ajar position but otherwise drops quickly to full open position. The range did not come with broiler pan. App is helpful with recipe options. Six burners is helpful with cooking. Overall an average range.

Challenging WiFi setup no manual

The WiFi application is not very user friendly. Difficult to setup and still unable to activate remote function on iPad. Also, searched for a user manual unsuccessful at find it online. It said model not available. Disappointing a paper user manual is not included. Surprising for the Café brand oven.
