Assembly was easy...took about 5 minutes. The heater performs as it should, taking a few minutes to heat the oil and begin radiating. Currently using it on low and placed next to my collection of tropical plants. It radiates a nice, even heat to take the chill out of the room. No complaints.

This type of space heater is perfect for heating a room. Quiet, radiant heat that does not gouge your electric bill.

It doesn't warm up the room as well as I had hoped.

Very quiet. Only hear a click now and then when it turns on and off as it regulates the temperature. It heats my large bedroom quite well with no other heat source and I've only had to use the lowest setting so far.

The heater gets scolding hot. You need oven mits just to move it which makes it dangerous.

Buyer Beware!!!

The box was perfectly intact but when I took the heater out, it had dents and scratches all over it as though someone had dropped it from several feet in the air repeatedly. I am not confident in the safety of the device now at all. I live in an extremely rural location so returning will require an hour and half drive one way to the nearest Walmart, who does not have these type heaters in stock (which is why I had it shipped to begin with), I can return via FedEx, however they are not reliable in this remote location and that option will leave me without a heat source until the new one arrives and as of yesterday this area of the mountains is already in freeze warning temperatures. Overall disappointing, waste of money and worrying experience in an area already dealing with fires all around us. Definitely do NOT recommend buying after seeing from other reviews this is a common tactic of this company’s and will absolutely make it a point to NOT purchase from them or their subsidiaries ever again.

curved fins enhancing heat flow

Like all oil heaters it takes a few minutes to heat up, but once it gets started make sure no one is going to be able to touch it as it will be very hot. Also make sure you have ample space that it won't touch any objects. The fins that hold the oil are curved on purpose to enhance how much heat is generated a bounus to me because I can use all the heat I can get.
