I did not receive this item there was a problem with shipping. I had to ask for a refund & buty a Playset from another retailer? your help line representative attempted to help me take delivery of this item but was unable to communicate with shipper. Seems to be a communication issue
Easy to assemble, nothing missing, had bad slide where it bolts together, swing&slide replaced had new one in 4 days A+++

Very cheap
The slide is so small and thin, for 1500 i would expect something a little more durable.. go for another brand! We have had this set for about a full year and its already falling apart.
It can be a bit overwhelming at first trying to figure out the parts. Spend a couple of hours organizing yourself and putting each piece of wood in order by number. It will save you a LOT of time. It’s pretty easy to assemble after. It’s very sturdy and looks great. I painted ours with a spray gun and decorated it. The outcome was great!

Instructions were ok we made a few mistakes & had to go back, the piece or wood that goes to the slide didn't match up so we had to customize, otherwise over a good swing set
Terrible Experience
The company is useless and doesn't send all hardware for assembly. I played phone tag for 3 weeks bc of covid. Then when they sent the hardware and swings it still was missing pieces. I will 100% never buy anything from them again.

Sent with wrong parts for assembly. Ruined my daughter’s birthday and and with all the complications of planning a 4th birthday around the Covid-19 virus this was the only thing she was looking forward to. Now being told it will take 3-4weeks to ship me the correct parts. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

We've had this playset approximately 3 months and all's well!! It took two skilled handymen 10-12 hours to build. We lost about an hour trying to figure out the instructions and packaging. We had to call the manufacturer for help, and they were awesome!! An actual person talked to us for quite a while and answered all of our questions. When you unpack the boxes, you will find that not all the pieces for the components listed on the box are necessarily in that box. You must unpack everything in order to take inventory. Also...the numbers for the hardware printed in the instructions will not match the hardware packaging because it is simply a stocking shelf number...so you must match the hardware to the drawings in the booklet. This is very easy as the drawings are very accurate. We ended up cementing in some anchors for the set due to bigger kids swinging and playing. Everyone loves it! My Husband has played on the slides, steps, tower and swing...it holds him! It does take a large area, but is very attractive and blends in with the yard well due to the colors used. We're hoping to get several years of play from the set.

I bought two of these for my Rainbow Playset and they are perfect and easy to install!
Better than the original!
Replacement canopy; This canopy is made of canvas and appears to be much stronger than the original which was made from a tarp material. I expect this canopy to last much longer!
