This was the perfect upgrade for our kids new playset. Delivery came earlier than original estimated date. Had to call customer service to make a change to our delivery method and it was very easy to do. Boxes were delivered with no damage. My husband, our 12 year old and my 7 year old built it in 2 days. Quality of materials is the excellent. Wood is much better quality than our previous playset. Wood is thick and smooth and a beautiful color. Instructions were easy to follow and all parts are labeled well. My daughter loves the net swing and the rope wall. The matching picnic table is awesome! Not too small, so older kids can easily sit at it. It really is an excellent addition to our backyard

Impresses with quality

I rarely write reviews. But we JUST finished putting this together and multiple times commented on good things. All the materials and hardware are first-rate. EVERYTHING was well labeled and the directions were well written. Even when we missed something it was OUR fault for not reading! It took 2 people about 12 hours to assemble. But that was taking a break every 45 mins or so to cool down from the 90 degree sun

Kids of all ages

1) activities/overall design - 5 stars. Our kids all love this set ages 4-26. My husband and I tried out every single activity (you know, definitely for research purposes only) and it’ll hold us both with no issues (husband is 200lbs and even laid out on the web swing for a mini nap). Even the grandparents have tried out the swings and slide. Kids spend hours on it.

Great Product

Easy to build but organize all the parts first, goes a lot better, align to see the labels on the end. Be aware of all the holes even the very small holes orientation when building each section. Later if the parts are flipped it cannot be easily taken back apart if at all, you will have to drill holes to fix it. It's a very solid and strong building when completed. You have to stand up in it to put the roof and top on so you will need someone light weight enough to do that. Me and wife did it and we weigh around 325lbs together for short amount time to get it done, but I don't recommend it. Limit is 150lbs per person. The roof screws are a little challenging, from inside to out, not much room unless you angle upward to install them, but the holes are predrilled. It is a tight space. For just one or two persons install it can take couple days to complete it. The hardware is good quality, and all the packs are marked in the order you will use them. You end up with some extra parts. Some of the fasteners where not usable but they were extra parts in the end.
