This is (in my opinion) an elegant series of bath accessories and priced reasonably. We installed these on a 3-apartment renovation and I'd use them again.

modern look
We had NO trouble installing this towel bar and it is the modern look we wanted. Very pleased. If you are renovating an entire bathroom, consider paring this with the Arris Grab bars. They definitely compliment each other. We got the towel bars and hooks....like them all.
No easy installation
As attractive and EXPENSIVE as the Gatco products are, they really could supply a decent allen wrench for installing the set screw. If I had not already drilled holes and installed the support pieces, I would have returned the whole thing. I think they should be able to provide a tool maybe a couple of inches longer, not something designed for the hand of a child. Nightmare installation, what should have taken 15 minutes ended up taking 2 hours, most of it spent trying to maneuver that allen wrench. But your own wrench if you purchase this product.

Nice product for the price. One of the 1 star review complained of the bar falling off easily, but if you look at the picture, the wall bracket had been installed backward so the taper was outward facing. Off course the bar would fall off if it was installed this way. Install it the right way and it holds well. It looks very nice and is a very good value.
