A little re-design would be nice.

It’s a good product but I would change two things. First, the way you have to open the door requires using a trigger on the handle. No one, including myself, remembers to do that until after they’ve pulled the mw across the counter by simply pulling on the handle like you do on every other mw on the planet. Second, there’s no button to clear the settings, so if your food is finished before the time is up you can’t clear the remaining time. Clunky.

Good product. I ordered the one were it had a push button to open the door. And I got one that had a handle with a button underneath to open it. Product is good but just not happy with having a handle

Love so much about this microwave. Love the way it cooks potatoes. Love the way it defrosts food. BUT, it keeps either shutting off and takes hours to work again. Tonight it blew a fuse! I have only had this 4 months. Guess now I need to know how to return it? the box is gone because I loved it.

We had it for 3 days and we made a couple baked potatoes in it then warmed up some chicken and took it out and the whole thing microwave went off! It over heated and wouldn’t come back on til it cooled off! So sorry I wouldn’t recommend it!

Great product for our home office needs. Customers are satisfied.

Only thing i dislike is the noise when opening/closing the door. Absolutely too loud, needs to be modified to be quiet so you're not waking people late at night or little ones sleeping during the daytime. It has too much of a metal clanging sound.

No!! I cannot recommend.

Normal use, a cup tea or coffee. The microwave is small for the price, It's loud and slow to warm things. This Chefman microwave I cannot recommend.

I gave this 3 stars only due to the price. The price was very high but I still purchased due to other qualities I was looking for. The unit was easy set up and is working great. Shipping cost was also extremely high but since I needed the item quickly I paid the price. Unit is stainless on the outside so is attractive to look at except fingerprints do show .
