Best non-toxic glass and stainless steel kettle ever!

Mine was just delivered about 3 hours ago. I'm still learning about its many features, such as keep warm, %26 temperature selection. I've used it once to heat water for coffee. I haven't yet used it to make tea. I'm impressed by how fast it heats water. It has a beautiful, stylish design.

After use it, I am really like this product. You can adjust any temperature you want. It have 3 color to let you know when star, cooking and finish. It is safe to cook. I hightly recommend buy it.

Very easy to use, had an old metal tea kettle which took forever to boil put my tea bags directly in it so got pretty bad! With the tea diffuser available to put tea bags in , what a difference! So far so good glad I took the chance

I am a huge believer in this product. It is very reliable. I used mine every day for five years before I had to purchase a new one. The price is very reasonable considering I only had to replace it after 5 years. It heats up quickly and has several temperature changes.

I had a stainless steel cordless kettle - a first of its kind in the U.S - for 20 years. It was shaped like an old fashioned whistle kettle, didn't look nice sitting out on the counter (I stored it away) and it was hard to gauge how much water I was adding. This kettle is a joy. It's easy to see the amount of water, boils water very quickly, is easy to clean, and it looks very nice sitting out on the counter next to my Keurig. It's great to have it so handy. Though I probably won't use the tea insert, this kettle will get a lot of use. Now I can easily make a proper pot of tea in a nice ceramic teapot, a hot chocolate or chai latte whenever I want, and be able to enjoy my french press a lot more often.

this is a great kettle but not good if you have alot of lime deposits in your water. I guess that would be bad on any kettle. I love the different temp adjustments. You dont always have to boil to 212degrees, you can have a lower temp setting if needed. This is one of the few kettle that would have that option.

Not satisfied

I had this kettle for under two months, and it started to leak. I was very disappointed and almost burned myself. The water started pouring out of the bottom every time I tried to pour a cup. There’s no cracks in the glass so I really am unsure why it’s leaking and how. I don’t believe I will be purchasing another glass kettle ever again I will stick to the stainless steel.

Base burnt out after 18 months, unrepairable

Base started being unreliable after a year, now, won't make contact at all. The base is burnt out, but the connector cannot be purchased anywhere.

fast shipping, but possibly a used, not new, item.

First off, I thought I was buying from Walmart. They had a different seller fullfill the order. Next, the shipping was fast and arrived on time. Next, the Chefman tea pot arrived in a box without packing materials or sanitary plastic around it to protect it. There was a scuff mark on the lid. There were no instructions and no warranty information included in the box. It looked like it was a return that was just turned around and sent back out without any kind of inspection at all. I thought I was buying a new item, not one that possibly is used. Tried contacting the seller as Walmart suggested. Initial response asking for photos. I sent them and then received no communication for 2 weeks. Fortunately, Walmart allowed me to return the item. I then went and bought it on Amazon cheaper. This was my first on-line Walmart buy and, I'm not impressed.

Good kettle with a digital display

Overall this is a nice electric kettle. I liked the digital display of the water temperature. The tea infuser is also good if you make several cups of tea at a time. One issue I find is, sometimes the lid get stuck when it is too hot.

I miss my old Chefman!!

The style that arrived is different from what I ordered. This style did not have a "stay warm" function that worked properly. Either it turned off as soon as you lifted the kettle, or it would stay on permanently, and the glass stayed cloudy.

Absolute best! Never had a more precise water boiler than this! Simple settings for different types of teas. Fast and the stand by light is a lovely addition.

This is my first electric kettle and I absolutely love it!! So quick and convenient!! I have used it daily!! The lights help me know when the water is ready, which for a first time person ever using this helps a lot. I like the buttons that I can use to preset the desired temperature of the water. I definitely recommend if you want a quick, efficient and easy way to get hot water!! I like that I can use this to pour over noodles to cook them instead of microwave! That is a game changer.
