Spotted brown marks found on inside base after first use...but it heats up quickly.

Beautiful and heats water up in a flash. I also like that all the water touches is glass - it does not touch the heating element or anything plastic.

I bought this because my old tea maker started to rust inside! My daughter had a metal tea kettle from this company for a long time and it never rusted so that was a good enough endorsement for me. This is especially good because the inside is entirely visible. It's sleek looking and works really well. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent electric tea kettle

I love this kettle! I had one for several years before it just stopped working. I was so pleased Sur la Table still carried the very same make and model and I did not have to scour the internet to find a replacement.

Love my 680 model electric kettle

Purchase my first electric Glass kettle 680 about 7 years. Used it every day. Sad when it stopped heating. Looked on line and found that same kettle at Chefs. Just love it. Doesn't take up to much counter space. Heard quickly. Auto shutoff.

Best Electric Kettle!

I love my new hot water kettle I recently bought from S. Feldman housewares! It is elegant to look at and I love walking by it when in the kitchen and watching the rolling boiling bubbles! I am very sensitive to high pitched noises, and this kettle just turns off whiteout a sound when finished heating up. It heats up very quickly and overall, it is just perfect.

Very reliable and better quality than most other. On/off switch on base is a plus. Had bad experiences with auto off function on competitive models.

Nice but disappointed..

Loved this tea pot as the 1.5 liter is a nice size...quality was great...until the glass cracked for no apparent reason...also, it doesn't boil as quick as a different brand I had previously...

Heats up very quickly and very hot temperature

Heats up very fast and only has one temperature which is very hot. Works well if you are ok with one temperature, this is truly a hot water kettle and not so good if you need to vary the temperatures for certain teas.

Arrived fast, thank you, but after boiled first time realized that it doesn't shut off every time. First three times we just boiled the kettle just to get it cleaned, but later turns out if it less than half full - doesn't shut off. Kettle is well made and looks cool. After month of using, not much changed, it doesn't leak though as others reported, which is good. Hope it will improve eventually as my wife really likes it.

I love it. Like the glass so I can see what’s in it. Boils water so fast easy to use it’s a 100%

Nice Kettle

Oh, how I like being the pot calling the kettle black. Ms. Nice enjoying the quick boil, the auto-off, and the tempered glass. Tea for 1, 2, or 10. It's all good
