A shower head for all needs

Attractive, well-made, very functional. It's perfect for my shower needs. I like the versatility of changing shower heights, shower directions, and the ability to hold it free-hand for greater reach. I'm very happy that I had this installed and my poorly functioning-much-too-high "rain shower-head" removed. Showers are once again enjoyable instead of annoying and difficult.

Insultingly low water pressure

I was encouraged by the good overall rating and with the price point I assumed I’d be getting an awesome shower. Wrong. As I stood cold beneath a pathetic drizzle of water after a much-anticipated master bath remodel had finished, I wished that I had bought a normal shower head instead of an “eco” shower whose flow rate barely kept up with my tears.

This MOEN hand held shower replaces the wall mount shower fixture , for my elderly mom, with limited movement - and she loves it!!! The adjustable slide bar with handheld fixture is a big plus! Easy to use, and safe lightweight handling.

Disappointed - Plastic & Cheap

I purchased all Moen Polished Nickel products for my bathrooms and was very disappointed in this product. It feels very cheap and is made of almost all plastic. The bar is the only item that is metal and it does not look like nickel.

This shower head is a must! I love it. It’s our second shower head for our large master bathroom. Our kids take showers with us and you can adjust the height, I seriously don’t know what we would do without this shower head. I even use it instead of the main head because it has the perfect amount of pressure.

Exceptional product and dealer

This is not my first Moen product, I am willing to pay a bit more for this brand because when something goes wrong (and eventually something goes wrong with any product if you use it long enough) Moen's warrantee policy is unbeatable. They send you a replacement part immediately, of a completely new product if the original has been discontinued.

A Great Upgrade for a Shower!

The Moen hand shower system is relatively easy to install. Installation on a tiled shower wall without wood stud walls is more complicated. A 5/8" tile bit is not in everyone's toolkit. But once the right holes are drilled, the shower slide rod is easy to install, and the shower wand and holder are simple to operate and work very well! We like this so well we bought two more to install in the other two bathrooms! We love it!

inadequate water pressure with eco performance limits showerhead effectiveness.

Incorrect advertisement led to wrong product. I own this product in another bathroom and like it except it only produces 1.75 gpm and is not quite strong enough. On H.D website, this particular product clearly stated "2.0 gpm." I thought perhaps it was a model made before Moen decreased all its heads to 1.75. When I rec'd the product, it was cleary labeled "1.75." so I had to return it. Unfortunate that we cannot trust the site's advertising to be accurate. Also unfortunate that Moen does not make a 2.0 or 2.5 handheld shower when Delta and Kohler do. I did not the like the color and design of Delta and Kohler so I am just out of luck right now. This is upsetting because these heads are extremely expensive. And paying $3-500 for something you are just "making do" with is pretty bad. for this price, there shoud be enough choices to satisfy buyers.

Review doesn’t reflect quality rather the absence of info. This doesn’t come with a drop ell that attaches to the shower wall to run water to the handheld. It’s not stated anywhere in the description and buyers should be aware that you’ll need to buy a 1/2 inch drop ell to complete the job. Very shady to not include that info in the description or extended table of features.

Extremely disappointed with this item. The description says that it is mostly made of metal, but it is all plastic. I will be returning this because of the completely inaccurate description and cheap quality, especially for the price. Unfortunately WayFair also will not cover the return shipping fee so I will be purchasing a different brand handshower from a different vendor. Overall disappointed with the quality and customer service.

I've remodeled two bathrooms recently that we included separate handheld showerheads, in addition to the main showerhead. In the first we opted for Grohe throughout. The quality was decent and looked good. In the second bathroom I chose to go with all Moen. The Grohe was not inexpensive, but neither is the Moen. I was surprised at how cheaply made the Moen showerhead assembly was. The down tube is thin and most of the hardware is plastic. Considering the price I don't feel it matches the low quality. I'm getting ready to do another bathroom. I'll probably use the Moen mixer valve and trim, then choose another brand of shower head assembly. Also keep in mind if this is a new install you will need a wall union, it is not included. I chose a Danze D469058. It better matched the Moen assembly instead of their cheap looking offering.

Parts not included

The first frustrating thing was that all the pieces for this shower will come separately and not as a unit like in the picture. If you're ordering multiple showers and fixtures it will be very hard to separate everything out and know if you got all the different parts.

Moen 3667EP Multi-Function Hand Held Shower on Slide Bar

We have used Moen shower valves and faucets for decades. They have always been of the highest quality and provided years of reliable service. On the rare occasion a problem arose, the company always stood behind their product warranty. We chose this Moen slide bar shower package for these reasons. The product was received in beautiful condition and in an expeditious time frame. Product was ordered on Friday afternoon and was delivered the following Monday afternoon. The cost of the product was also reasonable. We are also completely satisfied with the ease of use in being able to adjust the spray function as well as the height adjustment capability.

Good looking shower head, feels nice and big in your hand. Some of the pieces are chrome looking plastic, but it still feels durable. Moen quality is nice as usual, and I love that they stand behind their products. I would recommend this shower package. The only down side is that they do not include the round transition piece to connect the water hose to the wall like the picture shows, which is really frustrating and why I did not give it 5 stars.

I don't have a tub --only a shower, which is fine with me. But the showerhead in my new home is so high, and I'm so short. So a handheld shower that is permamently affixed to the wall was needed. At first I allowed the handyman to select a shower; he found one that used an adhesive to secure the bar to my marble wall. After it came apart, I did my own research and discovered this showerhead. I also learned from my new handyman that an adhesive fix on marble or any stone won'r work, as water can seep between the adhesive and stone and the seal will be broken. As this is affixed to the wall with screws, it works dandy-fine. And the product is exactly what I was looking for --4 different sprays including massage, a heavy, narrow stream and 2 gentler, wider rain-type sprays, as well as a large showerhead suit my needs perfectly. Its height is adjustable, and I can use it as either a handheld or wall shower. It is attractive, as well s a quality Moen. I now have my perfect morning shower back. I'm definitely pleased and highly recommend this product.

You can't go wrong with Moen and this price at Faucet Direct!

Woman's review of how easy it was to install

There's an optional Ell to hook this up but you don't really need it. The Ell gives the install a cleaner look but it's not required to hook up the shower head. I just unscrewed the old shower head and then screwed the hose to the shower arm. I didn't even need to turn off the water. Was great!
