How do you feel about brown stains?

Tires make brown stains on this stuff. It is from the plasticizer in the tires. The stains are not removable. The product is easy to work with. Good thing. You will be doing it over and over. Supposedly, high performance tires stain. True, I have car that does not stain. How ever the high performance tires on my pressure washer do stain and the all weather tires on my SUV make huge brown patches. You can not paint over this. You will need to strip it down to concrete and redo it with something else. DO NOT USE THIS ON YOUR GARAGE FLOOR.

Embedded tire marks in the sealant

I placed this sealer over a previously painted floor which was allowing auto tire marks to become embedded into the paint. Unfortunately, it also allows the tire marks to become embedded. They cannot be washed out.

We didn't get to use this product because when it was delivered today, it was leaking inside the box. There was a wet area on the outside of the box, so I returned it. I will order more. My review is not accurate because we didn't get to use the product.

We used over cured Seal Crete Floor Paint from same vendor. The floor paint looked good but as it was satin finish my wife wanted a glossy finish.
