Comfy, good price.

This chair is comfortable. I generally put a blanket on it to let it breathe here in sweaty Houston. We've had about a month maybe and it's starting to squeak already. The buttons that move it up and down are very sensitive, and sometimes move when my dog touches them. The're not "Buttons" per se, they're like a touch pad, so you don't have to push them, you just touch the indentation. There's no memory location, so you have to finagle it every time to get to your favorite position. The light feature is bright and blue only. It's not just the cup holder like I thought at the store, there's floor lighting too. I can't tell yet if the stuffing is going to stand up, but it's covered under the warranty, so we'll see. AFW is awesome and the one they delievered initially had some stitching coming out. They came out and fixed it two days later. Except for the squeak, it seems pretty solid overall and it wasn't too expensive. Too bad they're not making the one I'm replacing any more. I really loved the memory and push buttons on that one. Definitely get buttons on the side of the chair if you have a lap dog or cat.

I would buy the this very comfortable recliner again.

I bought a new power recliner in preparation for my 4th neck spine surgery. I needed one that the footrest and headrest are controlled separately, and the controls were easy to reach. Additionally, it needed to be super comfortable as I would be sitting in it 24/7 for several weeks. This Ashley recliner met all my requirements perfectly.

Love it

Bought 3 for my mother's new room in her newly acquired accommodations at a nursing home facility. Unfortunately only 2 fit, but she loves them. I think they made the transition easier for her to go from her home to a long term care facility. They are super cumfy!!

Design flaw

Chair delivered and set up by stores service. The delivery crew connected the electric. We later noticed that the electric was not connected for the left side of the chair. The store dispatch a service tech whom located and fixed a factory wiring error. We recognized and advised our sales representative that the cup recess in the arms had holes in the bottom that will allow cold drink condensation or spillage to drain to the chair arms. First feed back was that cup holders were missing liners. It turned out that it may not be the case. Do to lack of a ready solution, between the store and the national customer service group we chose to take advantage of the stores return policy. Our planned vacation, prior to a satisfactory resolution, would have extended past the store’s return period. We liked the extended foot rest feature of the chair with its electric control features. Cup holders not a priority for us. Definitely would purchase the same design chair without cup holders.

One of my best furniture buys!

I am happy with my chair and satisfied with the sales woman that helped me out. I took my time by setting in the chair and relaxing in it, I walked away for a few days and let the chair like I told my sales woman, she also told me she would be working, I went back to the store and tried the chair again. Yes this is the chair I want, They went over everything and got me a quick delivery on a Sunday with a short window. The delivery men set up my chair quickly. It was a great day for me! Power recliner

I LOVE my power recliner. It is really comfortable and I can fall asleep very easily. LOL! The added bonuses are the USB port and cup holders, plus the chair controls are in plain sight, not located on the side.

I just love this recliner. The head/upper back and legs are adjustable separately. I needed something to help my edema in my legs after work in our tv room in our basement. It is comfy and looks really cool with the dual- colored upholstery and the lights under the chair and in cup holders. It stylish and functionable. I might have to purchase another one for my living room upstairs.

Solid Entertainment / Gaming chair.

I purchased this chair for a media/gaming room and it's great. The chair is comfortable, the power recliner is quiet and easy to use. It's a great looking chair as well. Could be updated with a USB-C port instead of the dated USB-A port, but that's a minor detail. Really like it.

Lovely But Beware

My old La-Z-Boy recliner finally gave out and I bought this recliner to replace it. It was delivered to my back door the delivery person they could not bring it inside. Luckily I have a neighbor who is a handyman. It was easy to put together in terms of functionality. I like that it needs all the way back. But when you're using the control to come forward it jerks so if you've got a bad back Be careful when you are using the remote control to bring it forward.

Great chair!!

Bought this as an early Father's Day gift for myself and absolutely loving it! I recline to the perfect comfort level in moments and adjust the headrest to match, use the usb port to use a heating pad when I need it, overall a great purchase!!!

Love the chair

Love the chair. AFW did a great job helping us select, purchase and deliver our wonderful recliner. They had a great selection to pick from and had just what we wanted. Delivered it two days later. We've been enjoying it for the past couple of weeks. Love it!

Great recliner!!

I chose this recliner because it's a lay flat (180°) as needed for comfort. It's very comfortable and the electronic components move faster than most. The headrest controls are terrific. Highly recommended.

Mom loves it!

Bought this for my mom for Christmas. She loves it! She finds it very comfortable and all the buttons, lights, and electric recliner work well. Major upgrade from the previous manual recliner!

Very comfy and they look amazing!

Read lots of reviews and decided to go with 6 of these chairs. They are actually very comfortable although I can see how they will need to be broken into. I sat and watched a full movie and a football game and I am surprised to be honest that they are more comfortable than expected. The lighting is nice but quite bright (i.e. neon) so while watching movies we turn them off. The USB plug is also a nice feature and the fact that you can recline but raise the back side so your torso is upright is another really nice feature to have. Laying flat is not a good way to watch movies but you have the option. Overall we are super happy with this purchase and would recommend. We bought small side tables also from NFM (Belle Furnishings Tribeca Chairside Tables) as putting wine glasses in the chair cupholders is not a good idea.

This is very comfortable and I like how you can maneuver the head rest.

I think that this is the one that we ended up buying after the first recliner just wasn't that comfortable. The delivery was great, the switching from the old recliner to the new recliner went well. We're so glad that AFW worked with us.

Great features!

We purchased this recliner because the recliner that matched our new couch and loveseat was discontinued. We brought the swatch and this one matched perfectly and even had a similar style pattern. Love the cup holders, adjustable headrest and lights that aluminate on the bottom.

Great Chair

Bought an identical chair 5.5 years ago. Elderly so gets a lot of use. I'm 225# and the last 1.5 years have had to sleep in the recliner because non repairable back issues. My wife has the clone and hers still looks like new
