Look great if it wasn't damaged

Purchased this grill from BBQguys when It was dropped off at my house it was severely damaged of course the number you dial at BBQGUYS is not the same as ordering "when your ordering they answer 1st ring"

the best bang for your buck

My family primarily uses DCS grills and I'm so used to them. I wanted something that cooks like a DCS, so after a lot of research I chose the Coyote for myself. I love this grill. It heats up quickly and cooks my steaks, burgers, chicken legs and drums perfectly. My wife likes the food I cook on this better than than the DCS.This has been my favorite purchase of the last year.

My grill arrived right on time. After it was unpacked I noticed that the doors were not aligned. I phoned Kickassgrills and they were very responsive. When I did not understand their instructions to resolve the problem they set up a face time and showed me exactly what to do. They were very pleasant, responsive and helpful.

Wish I would have purchased this grill sooner.

Fully assembled cart and grill, only had to unpack flame tamers and grids. Grilled brats and burgers at same time with no overcooking or under cooking issues. Great even heat with no flare ups.

Great grill.

Great grill. I asked for advice from customer service at bbq guys. This is the grill I ended up with. The heat is steady and predictable. It is easy to use this well. I'm also happy with overall construction.

Don't buy

Worst grill I've ever used. It doesn't get hot enough to cook with the lid open. Not even burgers get grill marks.

Love having no side burner

Arrived on time. Basically, the whole thing was set up, just had to add the side shelves and hook up the gas. The gas hook-up was a little more difficult than I expected, but I got it right after a couple of tries. Grill works great. Oddly, the interior lights didn't come one right away and I made sure everything was connected correctly; and then, a couple of days later they started working and still are.

I do not recommend this product

I purchased this grill in January. I will admit that I finally settled on this grill because of the 304 stainless steel construction. I live in the PNW and my last (much lower quality) grill was eaten alive by the air over the years. I finally got it installed in March. Immediately I started having trouble with getting a clean flame once the grill was hot: large orange flames, sputtering. I contacted BQGuys customer support and they were great. Did everything they could including videos related to adjusting air vents to regulate the mixture of air and fuel. Unfortunately the burners on this model have no such air vent to adjust.

Still trying to adjust to this grill. Cooks very hot and burners close to the grill grate so glad I also bought the flame tamers. However, flame tamers help BUT do not stop flames....

superb quality and should last for the rest of my life.

Not flashy but understated excellence and quality.

The Coyote in a great "basic" grill

I was looking for a replacement grill to the kitchen aid grill I was replacing. it had to fit into the exact dimensions of my outdoor kitchen space. the Coyote grill was the dimensions I needed. it's a perfect replacement and it satisfies my needs. I do not use many of the bells and whistles such as rotisserie, infrared, etc but this grill is great. It has a nice thermostat, inside light and came with a full length cover. Warranty on the burners is critical because that's what corroded on the KitchenAid grill and was covered by their warranty. I would recommend this grill to anyone need a high end, basic grill. Cooks evenly throughout the grill surface and is large enough for both direct and indirect cooking.

I would definitely buy the product again.

Great service great grill. It's hotter than my old one so I have to get used to it. I had to replace the hood, it was damaged in shipment. It was hard to start the screws for the handle but now done all is well

Great quality, solid performance

I have The NG model of this grill. I have only cooked on it a few times so far, but can testify to it being able to quickly build and hold high temps very well, and be of very good quality construction. After initial hookup, it fired right up and has worked flawlessly every time. The side shelves are good sized and fold out easily. I am going to try to adjust the control knobs to enable a lower-temp range at the bottom of the dial, so that for certain "low and slow" cooking needs, I can get better low-heat settings maintained.

The front panel gets hot enough I think it is dangerous especially for any kids who might be wondering through.

Great Grill, make sure you do a thorough inspection

I have used it a couple of times now and am getting great results with burgers and garlic sausages.

I would definitely buy this product again

I love this the Coyote C 28, it cooks beautifully and is worth every penny! The build quality is fantastic, the design and ability to add all kinds of accessories is great! We got the charcoal tray, the ceramic flame tamer and rotisserie kit. I also love that it was delivered pre-assembled, made setting up super easy.

Great bbq.

Arrived quickly, there was a small dent in the door from transit and with one call a replacement door was sent out. Overall very happy with the build and operation. Heats up quick and cooks great with little to no flare-ups. Especially like the propane tank slide. Looking forward to many years of service.

good bang for the bucks

very nice and dependable grill. I like its casting burners, still very stable flame after 3.5 years of use, you just ignite and go.

Coyote C-Series 28👍

The Coyote C-Series grill is a good quality grill. I was looking for the best bang for my buck. One of the selling points other than having all the high quality stainless steel components was that it came assembled! It was delivered by truck and was packed very well with no damage. Cooking wise it heats up very fast and there is a bit of a learning curve from going from your run of the mill Char-Broil type grills. It may lack some of the bells and whistles of other grills but for what I was looking for this grill meets our needs.This grill is definitely more of a commercial style quality grill that I will last for many years.

A Great BBQ Grill

I had never used a Coyote grill before purchasing this one. I am very pleased by the workmanship and overall quality. We purchased this one specifically because it was simple, easy to clean and did not have features that we would not use. Ours came with the SS cart and the fit and finish are excellent. Burners are well spaced and heat evenly across the entire cooking area. Two often overlooked feature that are much appreciated: The casters on the cart are big, heavy-duty industrial casters not the cheesy cheapo ones that come on many carts; the slide out propane tank holder is very handy and solidly built to work well, even with a full tank.
