Pretty, but not as factional as advertised. The shelves are not supported by the centre uprights and therefore buckle with any sort of weight on them. It’s advertised as being able to hold 900lbs. But if you’re going to put more than 20 on the shelves that aren’t bottom level… don’t expect it to hold that. I’m disappointed

Received Damaged

Unwrapped this unit only to discover gaping dents, metal separation and a hole- Obviously dropped on one side causing extensive damage. It is a solid piece - but too much damage to accept the 25% discount offered by Home Depot. A return pick up was set up through Wiregrass (a contracted vendor with Home Depot) 2 days of missed work waiting on the “scheduled” pick up. Back to square one - need a storage solution but don’t want to have this type experience again. Order at your own risk.

Completely Livid With This Whole Transaction

We got the shelves and both were damaged, both were packed damaged, they were not damaged during shipment. These were a huge and expensive pain to get in the house. Called customer service and they hung up on us. Texted in and settled for their crummy offer because we are tired of wasting our time on this.

The shelving unit works perfect in our fitness room. We've purchased a shorter unit before but since that wasn't available the taller unit works well. Bottom back corner was slightly bent in shipping but since it is up against a wall, it isn't noticeable.

Setup on a pedestal installed by our maintenance department, making it more functional and ergonomically correct. looks good and strong to support the tooling we will be staging in it. Excellent product! Good price and shipping cost was the best by far.

Went with product because of 2 wk lead time. Due on site 9/4 for start of school & received 9/22 after 2 delays in shipping. One was delivered damaged which was reported next day. 1 1/2 weeks passed before I followed up for a status. Ship date is week of 10/5 for replacement. I asked about what to do with the damaged one since I have no space for it and it's clogging the loading dock. I was told: "We are unable to provide a time frame on when, or if, the carrier will choose to pick up the damage unit or come to inspect it. I understand this may be an inconvenience for, however, our site states HERE Since a no-charge replacement is being provided we ask that you do NOT dispose of the damaged item as we must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Disposing of the damaged item prior to completion of damage claim may result in being billed for the replacement.

I love the Sandusky 12 cube cubby organizer. I bought fabric covered boxes with lids for each cubby and hung a small chalk board label to each box in order to identify the boxes content. My son was able to organize all of his video games, etc.

Great Product

We ordered 3 sets of metal shelf units for a lease space finish out. The quality of product, communication on shipment was great. The time line was a little long but bet the alternative to have carpenter build out of wood and having painted.
