Easy to use and makes great crust

This is my first time using a pizza oven. I found it easy to use and quick to preheat. I like that it came with bonus items ( pizza stone, peel). It has a sleek modern design which I like as well.

Sale price vs returning it.

I'd really like it designed to be able to handle a 14'' pizza preferably. Does take a while to heat up but at least you're not using as much energy as the kitchen oven does. I got it for around $125 on sale. I would not have paid more than $200 for it and it retails for $399. Even at $200, I probably wouldn't have kept it.

Worth every dollar

My hesitation for buying this oven was mainly related to the limited space in the kitchen. It is no bigger than my food dehydrator or microwave and it looked great next to them. I did buy a heat-isolating mat for less than $15 to put under to prevent any damage to my marble counter top. After that just follow the instructions for the perfect pizza- really amazing! And it is an absolute pleasure to see the dough rise in it. I also used to to cook some of my hometown bread with meat and dried vegetables (梅干菜肉锅盔)and it was a success on the first try. If not for too much gluten I'd use it everyday lol

Great oven

This oven is on point for the price, we make pizzas in 3.5 minutes at 700, the oven is fairly easy to clean, just wish the top heated up a little more, but other than that a must for your kitchen if your a pizza lover

Worth the money if you love pizza!

Works great! Excellent pizza. the baking stone cooks the dough just like a commercial oven! Super fast. Highly recommend.

Crunchy Crust

It seems the big pizza chains have not been making their crusts crispy and crunchy anymore. I think they are turning down the temperature of their ovens to save money. So the very first pizza I made was a store-bought frozen pizza and immediately when I took it out of the oven and and cut the slices I heard the crunching and I knew this was going to be a good deal.

Cooks great, but long time to heat up

Cooks well as expected, although it does take a long to time heat up (over 25 minutes).

A great pizza oven.

I used twice and it made a better neapolitan pizza than the range oven with 500F with a pizza stone. It is a great purchase. I have 3 cuisinart appliances...love them all.

pizza oven

Ive been trying to make a pizza at home with good results for years now but with this oven it's at a whole new level. I didn't have any of the pitfalls of a beginner so better pizza's came out of this oven from the start. The higher heat really makes a big difference.

Great little oven

Does a brilliant job of cooking your own home made pizzas. It takes a little time to master the technique of using the pizza peel to slide the pizzas into the oven but it's well worth spending the time persevering.

Not At All Unhappy

Seems to work just fine for me. Yes, it takes time for the pizza stone to preheat, so it's not any good if you're in a hurry. But if you have time and do a little planning ahead, this turns out a nice pizza! I have made both frozen and homemade pizzas in the oven, and like my products. (The frozen ones are much better coming out of this oven!) I don't have other pizza ovens to compare this one to, so perhaps it lacks certain qualities the others have - but particularly for the price after it was reduced, I think it's a good appliance. My only complaint is that it's hard to get inside to clean the nooks and crannies after the oven has cooled. One thing I would suggest for Cuisinart for future models ... put in a rotating plate - you can make the pizza stone round, can't you? If you don't open it up and pull it out and rotate it manually, you'll have over-done crust in the back, like all of the ovens I've seen demo'd. This does set up the possibility of mangling your pizza (especially with homemade crusts) in the process of taking it out and putting it back in. I think Blackstone had an indoor oven with a rotating plate a year or so back. Is it still on the market? But overall ... I like the Cuisinart!

Amazing!

I honestly LOVE this oven. So happy that I decided to buy. It brings a recipe book and loved the instructions on how to take care of the unit properly (specially the stone). The pizza I made was done in about 6 mins (I like mine well done). All the accessories are great and sturdy. I wished I would've read about its size, as it is very big and I don't have a place to store it, so for the moment is resting on my counter. For its size, it is not too heavy. You won't regret purchasing.
