Stout and compact.

This kettle is fine for a strong, smaller hand, and I find the lid a bit of a clever twist to remove. I wouldn’t call it ergonomic except for a strong, smaller hand definitely not for a large. It operates very well and has a very good metallic finish on it. It seems as though it’ll hold up for a long time. We shall see. I only have a 100-year-old copper kettle to compare it to.

Not too Hot to “Handle”

Nice finish and size. Handle stays cool enough to pour without potholder.

Nice Kettle

Seems very sturdy as it is a heavy weight. Grey looks great in my white and stainless steel kitchen decor. A bit large for me. Whistle is loud. Good product overall.

Fantastic value, works great.

works great, loud clear whistle, nice big area to fill with water or get you hand in to clean. As good as my old Revereware (only missing the copper bottom) so I'm very happy.

Bad smell

Smelled like chemicals after multiple washes, boiling with lemons, vinegar etc. Had to return

My kettle has a defective whistle. I have tried to get help to return it but I did not receive any reply. I will be very grateful if someone would get back to me about this . Very disappointed in service and in the performance of mdse.

Good design

The kettle looks great and works as expected. The handle design allows for easy pouring and looks good - it reflects the curve of the kettle.

I love this for when people come over. It’s so pretty. Also makes a quantity for everyone. Boiling my tea in here makes me feel so antique. Lol

Great teapot

Great teapot. Use it several times a day, in the AM fir hot water for a French press. In the afternoon for tea. Occasionally for hot chocolate. I like the size, the look, and the handle.

Great color and very Functional

Great color, very functional. Does not get hot on knob when you release the hot water. Do not go past fill line which is displayed on packing.

Great kettle, but the whistle is not as loud as we would like. It is better if we make sure the lid is on very tight.

Handle could be improved

Personally I think the handle could use some improvement. It could be shaped a bit more rounded and most importantly - more heat resistant. Sometimes it might be a good idea to have seniors help with the design. Seniors have thinner skin, making hands more sensitive to heat plus arthritic hands which need smoother curves on handle.

The best looking kettle on the market. However, the one I purchased is white and fits into any kitchen decor.

It works fine. Whistle is a bit loud and not as easy to open the end lid to turn off as I’d like, but other wise, this does the job.
