It’s a good solid filter made by a well named company that’s been in the water business for a very long time. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t come with a filter just the holder. You need to decide what filter you need and make sure you buy one that fits this unit.

This product was easy to install and seems to be working well. I installed it myself with no complications.

Terrible Customer Support

Seems well made, was easy enough to install. However there is a big lever on top to turn the filter on or off while replacing the filter element. Mine appears frozen in place and I can't get anyone at Culligan to respond. I called and Customer Service was useless, probably working from a standard checklist. They told me to get in touch with tech support. I tried but cannot get any reply.

It started working immediately. I could see particles the following day.

Had to order on line. The first one had a factory defect on the top seal for selector lever. Pretty good leak. Had to reorder over night and let system leak to keep water. Had to pay plumber to take it apart and replace with new one. Cost me an extra $200 after everything was installed correctly. That was not good. After installing the new one it is working good so far. Good quality construction on everything too

Very easy to install an works great. I live close to the river so I have alot of iron in my water. Makes keeping the toilets an shower white hard. Since installing this filter I have only cleaned the toilet once an its still beautifully white its been 3 weeks.

Best filter on the market!!!

Best quality on the market with reinforced 1" i/o . I originally used a medium sediment filter, looked like a bunch of yarn wrapped around a cylinder. Bull Well Drilling told me to replace with the coarse sediment filter that looks like an accordion and everything is now full pressure and clean water! Very easy to change filters when housing installed properly.

Buy an extra gasket!

This is a great whole house water filter system & is made very well. Lots of iron where I live, like the other review stated. I change it about every 2-3 months because it turns dirty & red. I have had this about 1.5 years. The gasket broke! We have had no water in the house for 4 days since we had to order a new gasket! Not fun. Also, be sure to mount it somewhere that it won't spill water all over the walls & seep into the carpet. Buy an extra gasket & you will like this product.
