Great grille a little expensive but you get what you pay for!! Worth every dollar

JUST GOT AND HOOKED UP TO NATURAL GAS WITH CONVERSION KIT. INSTRUCTIONS WERE A BIT WONKY - BUT SEEMS TO BE WORK GREAT. TIME WILL TELL.

The packaging is amazing. Very well shipped – no damage at all. Assembly was pretty good until you get to the wiring. All the wires are black and you have to guess how they go together, which took a long time. I watched several videos on how to do it – but they only showed different models than what I had. They should have a couple of red wires, a couple of green wires and a couple of yellow wires - so you know that they go together. Overall, I am very happy with the grill.

Wow! Our first Monument grill

Wow! Our first Monument grill and we are so impressed. The quality is fantastic, and it cooks beautifully. Finally, a grill that can actually sear meat and leave grill marks and then finish the job with perfect even heat. In just three weeks we have cooked just about everything from steaks, burgers, kabobs, veggies, and more. The side burner is awesome for sautéing while grilling your main dishes. We are Monument for life!

Very nice grill! One of my first purchases after purchasing my first home. Decided to buy this grill for the window feature (because it's purty ) and it has come in handy! Great grilling and nice light up LED controls. I've owned this for two years now and it has been holding up very well. I keep it covered most of the time but it has experienced some rain and has not rusted. So glad! Happy with purchase and would recommend!

Well made

Very nice grill. Love the LED lights on the knobs. It's very easy to clean. The entire bottom tray slides out easily from the back and gets washed in the sink. The tray has a nice slant into another grease tray at the very bottom. Since all of my previous grills had a flat bottom tray that over time burned up and became so brittle they just fell apart.

Could have been a five star

Putting grill together was not a very time friendly process. You need to be able to interpret the directions which requires trial and error.other than that grill seems to be good quality. Only one problem is the digital control panel was dead on arrival, see enclosed short video.

AWESOME GRILL for the price. This beats weber grills. 1/3 the price and just as good. Don't hesistate.

Damaged

Grill seems it will be great. But came in damaged and after several attempts no response from the company.

Love this grill. Got the natural gas conversion kit and use it often.

Not satisfied. Can not reach to costumer service 3 weeks already

I sent email about the problem I faced, I also sent help request thru the website. Nobody got back to me so far. 3 weeks passed. But it says we will get back to you in 72 hours in the website. This is ridiculous. I sent 4-5 emails already. Never saw such a think before . Product came with the damage. Trying to reach out to them to obtain the replacement part but impossible.

Eye Candy...Replaced old school... ten-plus year grill.

This grill rocks with the smoke box and griddle inserts. The LED lights nice nighttime grilling touch with the digital display of the temperature of the grill and probes...intil grill lid arrirwd cracked but they quickly sent a replacement...which the sent me the rotisserie for free to make up for this but...wishful thinking.
