Good quality product.

Overall, very good quality product. My only complaint would be that with three romex cables going into the housing, the spring tabs don't quite have enough strength to hold the housing tight against the ceiling. I installed the light in 1/2 cedar tongue and groove. The included quick connect wire connectors are a great time saver.

Very simple installation, super spring tension to hold light up against ceiling. Excellent 5000k color for my kitchen. I would have installed these lights in my dining and living room if I didnt already make a mistake by buying other one with poor tension. I highly recommed these lights.....and I am very picky. Will purchase these brand of lights for any future projects. EXCELLENT!

purchased this product in May of 2017, and it just quit working this week (3/10/2020) it's an LED integrated bulb/light source, so no simply replacing the bulb. I have it hooked up to a photosensor, so it goes on and off at dusk and dawn. The description says 50,000 hours life for the LED's, which equates to 5.7 years of CONTINUOUS use...so I know the LED's aren't burned out. The installation is an under soffit location, so it stays dry. Garbage. Let's hope the 5 year warranty holds true and they give me a replacement. When it worked, it was great...but the longevity sux.

I have installed about 12 of these already in our home. My wife is an Interior Designer and the problem with LEDs so far has been the color temperature. Not these, get 2700-2800K and no higher to maintain a great soft white/light yellow warm tone to these lights. Super well-built and easy to install, they grip on to the drywall and will never sag like so many others. The footprint is small so they can go pretty much anywhere, I put mine in first floor ceilings with 2x6 joists just fine. The lights are recessed into the baffle so they aren't in your face either. If I could wish a couple improvements would be to taper the trim so it doesn't stand out so much on the wall. You don't need a ton of these things they are SUPER bright. Well done, EnviroLite, just ordered some more for other bedrooms.

These are great lights and I have installed 4 that have been in for 3 yearsand all are still running great. I just put in 8 more in my bedroom and bathroom. I put in the 2700K color temperature in the bedroom for a more soft light and highly recommend that. I put in the 3000K lights for the bathroom for a more white light and love it. Dimmers take them from about 50% to 100% brightness.

These are good quality LED recessed lights, relatively easy to install and connect, rated to be covered in insulation which suits my needs. I have four of them connected in a dining room and use a Lutron dimmer switch, to control them, no flicker at all. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the clamps do not hold them flush to the ceiling. To fix this I added some 3/8 wood shims and now they are flush.

These lights definitely met my expectations. They are very bright and really should have a dimmer. I have 8 lights in a 30 x 10 ft room and I need dimmers. The 4" look the best in my opinion and they look great. Very pleased and would recommend them. They are also rated for wet location (shower) and can even be mounted outside.
