Budget friendly and worked as it should.

It worked exactly as needed — to keep ghosts and serial killers from leaping out of my basement on a whim.

I paid around $80 for this and the installation, and it couldn't even be installed properly. I can't even return it, because it is LOOSELY in my doorknob and I can't physically take it out. I will not purchase any more doorknobs from Wayfair. Terrible! Now I have to spend more money on another doorknob.

These have worked great (and affordable) to swap out all of our gold knobs from the house built circa 2000.

Just bought a house & put these door knobs on pretty much every door. We love them!

Perfect black door knobs for my new 5-panel doors.

We have not been impressed with these. I ordered two for my two bathrooms. One wouldn’t even turn and locked the bathroom to the point where the key wouldn’t work either. I contacted the company and received a replacement that was scuffed and has silver scratches all over it. The other knob we thought was fine, but it has recently started locking itself. We have used the key to open it about four times in the last two weeks. I wouldn’t order these again.

Very cheaply made. Privacy knobs didn’t work

We ordered knobs for our entire second floor and about 1/4 had scratches in the finish. I was able to install them so it’s not as noticeable.

We're preparing our home for sale, and these bronze knobs go well with others from the Durango line, which is part of our strategy for updating/staging our property. The main reason for the 4 stars is that we will not be there to assess how the knobs work over the long term.
