Fast delivery and easy hookup
This small heater is perfect for a shower. Make sure you’ve got a low flow head and in my case the diverter was leaking enough that the heater couldn’t keep up. Once the water flow was down to a comfortable 1-1/2 gallons a minute or less it was very comfortable and saves a ton on electricity!
I purchased this mini tankless to go under my kitchen sink. My house is a long bungalow and my regular tankless water heater is at the opposite end of the house. I wanted something instant, so I didn’t have to run cold water for long periods in order to get hot water. It works perfectly! Love the dial temperature setting so you can easily adjust if you initially set it too high or too low. Absolutely silent. Can’t believe I didn’t do this years ago!
sometimes works
The heat fluxuates. I constantly clean it and today it is barely luke warm. Very disappointed. I want my money back!!
Love this brand of tankless hot water heater! Just recently downsized and had this smaller one installed in my new place. Have the larger version in my old place.
Excelent
I have 2. No complaints.. good product. Good lifespan.
Great item and great price. Working fine easy installation.
BUYER BEWARE.

May I suggest another brand?
FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS BRAND...I purchased my house 2 years ago, this is what we had installed. Two days ago, I found the unit leaking by the inlet temperature sensor was located so I contacted the manufacturer. I was told that I should have been doing yearly maintenance on the heating elements which includes removing them and soaking them in vinegar. This is not in the manual, which simply states to inspect the inlet and outlet values yearly.
Handles a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house no problem.
Fast heat, easy install. Handles 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washer no problem. Only thing is if using the washer, it might hog most of the hot water. Might want to use the washer by itself before or after taking a hot shower. Depending on how hot you like it.

Their needs to be more open information on how to properly consider the unit one needs. This unit is only good for a faucet. It’s very disappointing if you run 2 faucets at once and if you only use it for the shower it’s not enough. I’m having it replaced with the proper size unit.

Installation
It is a very useful device. The installation instructions are lacking in that they do not tell you the type nor size of fittings (1/2" compression), nor if it can be hooked up to the incoming hot water (yes,it can), nor if it can lay in various orientations other than vertical (yes, it can). Connecting verbally with tech support will finally provide you with these answers. You may have to go to your local plumbing store to get the necessary fittings beyond what is offered in the package. All in all, small electrical tankless water heaters have been in use since at least post WW II; much simpler than natural gas tankless versions.

Installed this unit as a backup while I did a repair on whole house tankless. Might be small in size, but provided a hot shower when called upon. Great purchase, easy install. Highly recommend.
