Excellent simple sturdy commercial coffee maker.

Excellent office and factory commercial coffee machine. Chose this model since no plumbing connection required. Seems to have proper and consistent automatic brewing temperature control = very consistent coffee.

cracked frame/bubbled front

The coffee maker is great... however, when we opened it the plastic frame on the top right was cracked and the "Bunn" decal on the front has large bubbles in it. So far the coffee maker is working... however, the cracked frame leaves us with concerns that there could possibly be inner damage. I guess we'll see??? The bubbles under the "Bunn" decal... well.... it's just a little disappointing given the cost of the machine and all and the fact that it didn't even come with the decanters... we had to order those seperatly.

Break room

We went from a El-Cheep-O $20 to this and is amazing that you can make a pot of coffee in about 45-60 seconds. I am glad it doesn't come with the carafes so you can pick which ones you want.

Our church has several of these already. Great machine. Purchased another for the secondary fellowship hall. Always pleased with performance.

Overall, the best I`ve ever used.

We`ve been using this same brand and model for at least 18 years, this new one is just the third one we`ve had to buy in that length of time. Our church and other organizations use ours an extreme amount of time over the period of a month. With as hard of water that we have in this part of the country, this brand and model hold up very very well.

I love that it doesn’t take that long to brew the coffee. You have to make sure that everything is in place before you start to pour the water into the reservoir. If not you will have a huge mess. They only thing I don’t like, is if you don’t shut the warmer off, the coffee burns. I suggest that it is shut off and cleaned. I wish it had an automatic shut off.

I would think twice before buying here

The Coffee maker wobbles despite having rubber placed underneath in four places. We used a shim to stabilize it. When looking at the body itself the edge where the top meets the water container isnt flush and doesnt appear to be seamless like the rest of the unit's seams. If I knew of a way to enter zero stars out of five I would
