Disappointed

I bought the whole GE cafe matte white line of appliances for my new build including this wine center. I was so excited to have a dual temp wine fridge. Aesthetically, it’s beautiful. But it doesn’t fit any bottles. The 2 large top trays fit bottles fine but all other shelves don’t fit ANY bottle of wine. Not my grocery store wine, not my good wine club wine. None of it. All my labels are scraped off because of the tight squeeze and I have to jerk the shelves open. Sure, I could take out 2 of the shelves to create more space and then I lose 30% of its capacity. My $400 wine fridge I had before this was better. Annoying.

Very disappointed, bottles don’t fit

Bottles very slightly larger diameter than the thinnest table wine bottle only fit in shelves 1 & 4. I’m not talking magnums or burgundy bottles, but anything thicker/wider that the thinnest bottle. A shame, nice looking unit that could be both functional and a display piece. Would only take three times 1/8” or three times 1/4” to make shelves 2,3, & 5 very functional. Only keeping this unit because it appears to do a nice job regulating temperature. Can’t believe only one prior reviewer mentions this design flaw (wrongly thought he was misguided). I use freestanding and if not super careful shelf two gets caught on the top/first shelf the whole unit can fall on you. Regulates temp fine and looks great closed, but GE could’ve executed this much better for the average wine bottle.

Beautiful Appliance!

This wine center is very impressive! Because we already had a space in our beverage center for a wine fridge, install was quite easy. It literally slid into place. This wine center has dual temperature zones which is very nice for storing all kinds of wine. I believe the racks allow up to storing over 50 bottles of wine! The app was extremely easy to install and it connected to our network without any hesitation. You can control the lights and the temperature from the app which is a really nice feature. The door closes tightly so watch those fingers! This appliance is of solid construction and quite heavy so make sure you have a friend or two to help you move it around. This is an absolute beautiful addition to our home!

Beautiful wine fridge

My husband and I got into drinking nice wines during the pandemic and got a cheap wine fridge. It was basic with shelves too close together making it hard to pull the drawers out. The Cafe wine fridge is such a major step up. It has WiFi connect-ability and plenty of room between the shelves so the bottles aren’t crowded or hard to get to at all. It is easy to set up and looks beautiful and sleek. My favorite part is the lights inside that make a really pretty glow on all of the bottles in it. It is now something I don’t mind having on display as opposed to hiding in a corner. I highly recommend this Cafe wine fridge!

Absolutely incredible

I received the Cafe Wine Center from tryitsampling in exchange for my honest review. This product is amazing. It was surprisingly easy to set up and the app is easy to set up on your phone as well. The brush metal look gives it a modern yet elegant look. The app is easy to navigate for the cooler so you can make sure your wine is chilled at the perfect temperature anytime from anywhere. The Lights are beautiful and make it easy for you to find exactly what might want to drink for the night. Drawers are easy to slide in and out. They also slide all the way out to give you full access to your bottles. The dual zone temperature settings make you keep both red and white wines at the perfect serving temperature. It is extremely roomy and fits up to 46 bottles wine, water, liquor or any other beverage you would like to store. The view from the clear transparent door gives you a lovely view of the bottles. It is definitely a conversation starter and a beautiful item that accents the room. I am very happy with this product and will continue to utilize it in the future.

Im in love!

So everytime I wanted wine, normally I would of had to find the bottle and chill it in fridge until it was ready for consumption. That dont happen anymore. Im in love with this wine cooler. Its not too big and bulky that you won't find the room because who dont love wine? App is easy to navigate for the cooler so you can make sure your wine is chilled at the perfect temp when you get home. Lights up displaying what you might want to drink for the night. Drawers are easy to slide in and out. Best part it can be anchored to your wall so no surprises when a child decides to climb uptop. This cabinet is stunning and can be used in your kitchen or anywhere you decide.
