I just replaced a 50cfm fan with this 110cfm unit and wish I had done so years ago. It was one of those "I'll get to it another day" things that I finally got to. It's a basic fan at a reasonable cost without the bells and whistles, but does exactly what I need - moves stale and/or steamy air out of a bathroom and into the atmosphere. Now after my wife showers the bathroom has noticeably less moisture in the air which is exactly what I want (even though she complains it feels colder). Install was very easy for me because I have access through my attic, but even without easy access it should be relatively straightforward. Wiring is as simple as a regular outlet with hot, neutral and ground. The grill is very unobtrusive and should be barely noticeable. And believe it or not I actually wish it was louder. I prefer a loud fan for the bathroom to mask other noises, but this is just a personal preference, not a knock on the fan. All in all, for under $100 it's a quality unit that should provide years of service.

When I was shopping for a bathroom fan, I wanted to have something that was very quiet. the bathroom in my basement is located directly under my master bedroom. I didn't want to hear the noise. I got this quiet zone fan and I am amazed! It does make some sound, so it's not as quiet as some other ones, but it more than fits my needs. It also moves a lot of air.

Better built than others and easy to install! The higher 110 CFM output of this fan is a plus compared to fans that have lesser output,but similar noise ratings. Appears to be well constructed for long life; nicely packaged. Larger intake grill than some; easy to remove and clean. The engineers likely analyzed the market and designed this fan to avoid the shortcomings of others.

I think this fan is really quiet. I attached it to a plug and actually tested it side by side with a fan I had left from another project. It was a big difference. I don't know how easy it is to replace an existing fan with this fan, since this old bathroom had no fan originally it was a new cutout. I did slice myself on the metal hangers that came with the fan, but that was probably just operator error. Wear gloves if you are a bit clumsy like me.

I installed this ceiling bathroom fan over the weekend. Since I was replacing another one, the installation was pretty easy. It really is a two man job to hold it up and mount it into place but not difficult at all. The look is clean and it doesn't stand out, but the best feature is how quietly it runs. I almost thought it wasn't working and was surprised it was.

I replaced a Nutone model 763 with the Air King Quiet-Zone fan. The only feature that I will miss is that there is not a built-in light fixture with this model. As there is sufficient light from nearby alternate sources, this is not an issue for my installation. The unit is rated as 110 cubic feet per minute and has a rated Sone (noise) level of 1.5. This makes it one of the quietest units on the market in this price range. Installation was straightforward with the 4" exhaust hose attaching to the included adaptor. Removing the motor assembly prior to installing the housing made the installation easier. I believe it will be a durable unit for the bathroom. It is not recommended for use in a kitchen.

When your upgrading any of your bathrooms, depending on how old your house is, you really don't want to overlook your Bathroom exhaust fan !! I have 3 bathrooms in my 50 year old home and I'm finally replacing the last exhaust fan with a more powerful AIRKING Quiet Zone 110 CFM Ceiling bathroom exhaust fan and it is a perfect fit for this bathroom, nice design, low profile, has a damper, so no back drafts, very Quiet, Great directions and easy to set in the space and attach to the ductwork and electric, I've been using it for a couple weeks now and I'm very happy with the Quality and Quiet running and the cool design of this AIRKING exhaust fan !!

Quite nice to say the least. I ordered the wrong size fan for my bathroom (previous fan was 80CFM) however this one still managed to fit in with a bit of modification to the existing opening from the previous fan. The installation was pretty simple however it took a bit of time simply due to the fact I've never installed one of these before. Since this fan is significantly stronger than my previous fan, airing out the bathroom takes almost no time now :D
