This is a very heavy duty glass door. I had a contractor install and he had some trouble following the directions. It is very nice once it is installed.

Love love love it. I would most definitely have it delivered, it's very heavy and I had to help my husband get out the box and up the stairs one glass door at a time.

Great doors and track, but no soft close

The doors are very solid, and they run on the track very smoothly. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because it does not have have a true slowing mechanism on the track. There are only rubber stoppers in the wall. The “ safe close” is not “soft close”.

The glass tub door was relatively easy to install. We did watch a YouTube to simplify the assembly since it was the first time we attempted to do such an installation. It turned out beautiful and was not overwhelming for a small bathroom. It is a good value for the money and is sturdy with glass being thick of heavy plate glass. We have another bathroom to remodel and would likely use the Enigma enclosure.

Dreamline customer service is top notch! After my installer shattered one of the pieces of glass, I called and they sent another one right away. Do not try to install this alone! It definitely takes 2 people to work with the glass, but in the end it was well worth the time and money. Would definitely recommend this product. It looks great!

Great product, love it, instructions aren't great

Very pleased with the shower door in terms of operation and quality. However, the instructions leave much to be desired. If you follow them to the word then they will lead you to drill holes in your nice new shower were those holes should not be drilled so you have to be very aware of what is going on and how it is working to not let the instructions lead you down a path you need to not go. I had this door professionally installed and the guys that did it did a fantastic job. I'm very much a DIYer but decided to get a pro who works with glass every day to install is so if anything got damaged it was on them to fix it... but that didn't happen. We love this door... it is great for anyone who like the Dreamline doors but doesn't have perfectly plumb walls, which let's face it... that's pretty much every house!

Fit like a glove. I would advise reading the installation instruction online. Also read reviews. I emailed DreamLine with various questions and was surprised to their speedy/timely responses. They were very helpful in making my decision to buy their product. Very high quality product. Exceeded my expectations.

SHDR-6560760 Shower Door

It is a beautiful door and beautiful hardware! It says it can go in either left or right hand door opening but it only gives you directions for right hand door. Very confusing! I'll called help desk and asked for directions for left hand door and they told me they only supply righthand instructions. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT! It would have gotten 5 stars other than that issue. Quick note having 2 people really helps with install.
