Book Case

I downsized original Bookcase but wanted to replace it with something similar but smaller and this works perfectly!!!

Does anyone have the assembly instructions for this still that I could get a copy of? Didn’t come with it and need them in order to put it together. Couldn’t find them online anywhere. Thanks!

A pretty good bookcase -- assembly a bit tough!

I think this bookcase is quite sturdy and of good quality. Assembling it was, for me, working completely alone (no help), a bit of a task. Getting some of the wood screws to actually screw into the hard wood demanded some pressure applied, but I eventually got everything done.

Very sturdy. Much heavier than anticipated. Easy to assemble.

Instructions difficult, unable to fix mistake

I am not greatly experienced in DIY instructions, but over the years I've put together different projects successfully. The quality of the bookcase was adequate. The instructions were primarily pictures with circles. I made an error, and when I tried to take it apart and fix it, was unable to get cam locks to come out. I feared forcing it would destroy the material. I was deeply disappointed in the outcome. Better instructions would probably have made a difference.

Product came fast. One of the boards needed fixing so my husband fix it. Looked good when assembled.

This bookcase is exactly what I needed for my home office. It is very sturdy & holds all my essentials. Well worth the price.

It has a true oak finish not a cheap laminate.

Looks OK from 10 feet away

I was disappointed in the quality. The finish could have been sanded a little better and there were several places where the stain was missing. There is also about a 1/8" gap at the top and bottom header pieces where they meet the sides that you can actually see light through. It looks OK at a distance.

Serves its purpose.

Somewhat of a challenge to put together. The instructions were a little vague, but after a few missteps, mission accomplished. The bookcase is sturdy and serviceable. Worth the low price.

Well Constructed

I was looking for a solid wall unit and ultimately decided to buy two of these units. I've set them side by side with a cherry wood bridge between the two. Both work for the wall space. Very solid and easy to put together.

Sturdy bookcase and easy to put together myself; darker than expected, but I like the look and goes well in any library or home office; shelves are adjustable from small books to large; box arrived and checked all parts present and no scratches on product; happy customer.

Poor quality

Poor quality. Arrived scratched and poorly packaged so wood shelves were moving around in the box and rubbing directly against the other boards.
