I had to get this for our busy family! No more need for large bottles of water !

We purchased this unit from Home Depot, it shipped without the refrigeration piece. we have been bounced back and forth between Home Depot. and Elkay and have gotten nowhere. Each company blaming the other with no solution to the problem . it's as simple as shipping the missing part. Extremely frustrating service .

As long as it functions like intended it will be great. Not installing for a little bit while our house is being built

Coolest part of our new kitchen

Absolutely love having another place in our kitchen to fill up water. Such a cool feature to have one in your own home. Looks great too.

Haven't hooked it up yet as it is for a new build but the order process was great. Excellent feature for a home.

Our client requested this. It is a big installation project needing carpenter plumber and electrician.

Only giving it 1 star because I have yet to receive the complete unit. Love the idea but unable to get all the parts, even after a replacement item was sent. Must be an issue with manufacturing packaging!

Installed this unit for a client in their pantry. They decided to go this route instead of a standard drinking fountain. (Less space) install was a bit more work than a standard appliance but should be considering. High quality and super sleek design. The refrigerated water unit that was remote located under the sink was also hooked up to the water fill at the sink which gave the owners kind of a two for one.

I added this built in water dispenser at a new commercial space I’m designing and the owners/employees are so happy with it! Not only does it look super modern and high end, but it replaces their old five gallon water bottles and big bulky dispenser that’s less than visually appeasing. Great buy!

This product works so well and saves so much time and effort in lugging plastic water bottles into house. Highly recommend.

This unit is a bear to get installed cleanly. Lots of connections to be made in a very small space. Does look nice once done. The ground screw for the sensor wire is blocked by the drain. Install the wire into th eunit before completing the drain install. The assembler at the factor pinched one of the LED wires with the screw so the left LED was not working. I had to repair the wire, no easy task with it mounted in the wall already.
