Slow water flow

Got a decent water flow for filtered water which we use for cooking. However the water flow is so slow for the purified water which is used for drinking same as the refrigerator water dispenser which is connected to this. It will take a little over a minute to fill up a 16oz cup. This water filtration won’t encourage you to drink more if you are trying to increase your water intake. I reached out to customer support they told me to change filter on our new 2weeks old unit. What?

The only non sponsored review on here. We had bought this for our home and thought it would be easy to install. The instructions said “takes 30 min” and it took us almost 6 HOURS. granted, we’re new homeowners so I’m sure someone more experienced would do better haha. Some of the instructions about wiring were incorrect so we used common sense. We had a leak once and just needed to tighten better and it worked. The water tastes great and we haven’t had any problems yet.

The inlet water line connector kept blowing out with the house- hold water pressure less than 40 psi mfg offered no solution.
