Wrong size

I ordered the 20x24x1. I made sure that it was the size I needed and was about to pay for. To my surprise I received a completely different size. Either the sizes on the app are wrong or they changed them. Not impressed! I did not order the 12 x 12 x 1! I ordered the 20x24x1!

NIGHTMARE

I enjoyed shopping Walmart online for my much needed groceries. Checking out was a hassle and it seemed impossible to complete. Finally I successfully checked out but I was alarmed that you charged $316.89 that seemed a bit high nevertheless it was completed. However, in a certain amount of time I discovered that You with Drew the three 1689 and the next thing I knew you put it back into my account. I called you with an agent who looked over my account and found that I had made some errors in the credit card information so I corrected them and they told me to wait one hour and go through the checkout again, so I did that I waited one hour and I checked out all over again and you deposited $316.89 into my account and then I received a message that you had reviewed my account and the system would not approve it so you withdrew the $316.89. I spoke with one agent after another and continue to try to correct whatever problems I was having into go to complete a successful checkout. I believe my effort on Friday and the following Monday I finally spoke with one last agent who assured me that the system had probably accepted all my information and that I have probably become a legitimate Walmart member And that I should try again. I actually think I had to check out three more time and finally I completed a successful check out and it was all very dreadful and I was certainly upset and I was not pleased with the checkout or the completed effort because you still charged me $316.89 when you had assured me that I would receive a promo code And that would reduce the cost of the groceries because of all the trouble I had was a little upset that I could never actually speak to my shopper or send messages however much to my surprise my my shopper turned up at my doorstep at some point on Monday with all the grocery I had ordered There were two substitutions and I liked her very much. She was the nicest person and the groceries were exactly what I wanted and the substitutions were adequate and you actually withdrew $278….plus change and I am grateful. I hope I can shop Walmart groceries again in August without the nightmare hassles.

Great brand just ordered the wrong size this time.

I originally ordered the wrong size (12 x 12). However I have ordered this brand before and have not been disappointed. The air filter is changed every 3 months and I always notice the difference when a new one is put in at change time.
