I love this wine cooler! Plenty of room for borduex style bottles. I also the cooler temperature drawers. Great for white wines and regular beverage storage.

The Alta wine cooler was sent to me instead of the Azenta.

Warranty

So far good. Love the fridge but having problems with one drawer closing.

Excellent product and great customer service

I bought my 24”Azienda dual zone wine cooler from Lowe’s the first one can damage they replaced it immediately, the second one was perfect except for a pin for the handle, emailed customer service and within an hour they responded that was a Thursday by Monday the part was on my door step. The product is quiet and the 2 zones work perfectly, on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give it an 11 !!!

Appliance is wonderful

The unit is good but the fan has starting making noise. First time dealing with Forno, so I can’t judge on the service at the moment as I am waiting on a reply.

Great Customer Service

The wine cooler was missing a pin when delivered. Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I received the part within a couple days.

Nice Wine Fridge for the Price

This unit looks good and chills well. Compared to similar coolers that are priced much higher, this seems like a really good deal.

Good features for our needs.

It looks great in our kitchen. Much more storage, and so far seems fine. A bit noisy. Also it is hard to read the labels. The blue lights are more for mood lighting than illumination. The shelves are versatile for bottle storage, but the bottles rattle in them when pulled out. I fit an entire case of bottled water in one drawer, and beers in another. Overall pleased,

Great Expectations

We just unpacked our wine cooler but have great expectations that it will be as good as it looks.

everything i ordered arrive as schedule and in good shape

So far no problems

The first was delayed and damaged. The second just delayed. It is not easy to see the labels in the black and dark interior. The subtle blue lights don’t illuminate much. (My previous cooler had a white interior and interior lighting when door was opened). The bottles rattle noisily when the shelf is slid out. It holds a lot, and looks great.

COULD BE BETTER

The desing and features are great and very modern. But the parts quality specialy the handles and drawer rails are very poor.

Great product

Fantastic wine cooler and the amount of bottles it holds is amazing. Also like the two refrigerator drawers.
