Great tree but not fully PVC- interior limbs diff.

The tree arrived in two boxes on two separate days. It takes about 4 hours to fully 'fluff' the tree and install but it's beautiful. It did not arrive with any warranty information, instructions, or the remote control. After 3 unsuccessful calls to Lowe's customer support and being placed on hold or forwarded to the wrong department, I finally called a number on the side of the shipping box and got a replacement remote in about 4 days. Unfortunately, the remote doesn't work very well - buttons don't control the right functions. Despite it saying it has a 'twinkle' or 'sparkle' function, it does not. Otherwise, for $1,000, it's a great tree. I hope the electronics hold up.

The tress is beautifully made and the lighting is fun. But - I only gave it a 4 for overall because without a lot of decorations it would look sparse.

Beautiful tree, easy set up, no fluffing branches all night! Lots of lights! Just perfect! Very happy with this product!
