I simply love my new Frigidaire refrigerator! Frigidaire is a well known and long time manufacturing company, but this is my first Frigidaire appliance purchase, and I am very pleased with the way it keeps my fruits and vegetables fresh with the temperature controlled bottom drawers. Thank you Frigidaire for continuing to manufacturer excellent appliances!!

Bought fridge brand new. Compressor broke within 8 months. Hundreds of dollars of food soiled, out of the blue. Frigidaire repair service (thru one year warranty) still hasn't come to repair fridge & it's been 2 weeks. No confirmation on when the parts will arrive & when service people will come fix the fridge. Never shopping Frigidaire again due to apathetic, negligent customer service.

Well I wish the installers would have made sure the door closed. Evidently the plastic insulated edge wasn't straight and the freezer didn't close all the way. We didn't notice it for FIVE days!!!!!!! This type of freezer never really does latch close. You just push it closed. So if something is sticking out the door won't close even if you pushed on it. Hope this makes sense. I wish we'd bought one that had a latch you could hear it close.

[Rewarded Review] Quality Build and Performance

Have measured temps at Normal defaults and perfect -1 F for freezer and 35 F for refrigerator. Runs quietly and not very often. Setup was easy but a lot of tape has to be removed to free everything. Just 2 non tip adjustments on front and that is all if your floor is level. Amazing amount of storage space for 20 cu. ft. as it is well designed.

The shelf adjustments that are available are wonderful. I was able to fit so much on the shelves. I needed to buy more food so it would look at least decently full. Very satisfied with the set up.

I love the use of interior space in this unit, including the deli drawer and two produce drawers. The door space is ample, as well. Outside, without jutting handles, the unit is sleek looking. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but so far, so good.

As this was just installed yesterday I cannot fully comment on the total overall performance of the unit. It has a good layout and visibility of the items in the fridge seems better than previous model we owned. It does seem to have "more space" than the same size capacity model we replaced, perhaps because there is more on the door for easier access and visibility, and as such the depth of the regular shelves is easier to oversee the items better.

Great size and features

I purchased this refrigerator recently and I’m very happy with it. The freezer compartment, as well as the interior of the refrigerator is excellent in size, the inside of the door has three roomy shelves.

Well built, no-frills refrigerator. Sturdy construction with quality to detail evident. We shopped a lot of different options when looking for a refrigerator for our studio rental apartment and this was perfect. One glaring design flaw is there is no cosmetic cover on the bottom door hinge and when you view the fridge it looks as if the piece is missing.

The refrigerator is perfect size Perfect Space the only the problem is that the magnets on on the are not powerful enough to keep the doors closed maybe they're just not as powerful as they should be
