Easy setup

Just purchased this new refrigerator. It was relatively easy to set up including hooking up the water. There was quite a bit of tape and covering to remove so that was a bit annoying but I acknowledge that it is necessary to protect the fridge during transport. It comes with the 3 necessary filters which I did not know. So far so good. Working well.

It is a functional appliance

This fridge works (makes things cold) which is an improvement from our last fridge, however we can not level/even out the French doors despite adjustments, the drawers don't pull out enough to easily put things in them, the freezer doesn’t have a door rack which strikes me as odd and decreases what you can put in freezer. Good things… the door shelves are nice, the ice maker works well and the water dispenser is tall enough to fit most water bottles. I would not purchase this specific fridge if we had seen it in person first BUT it does keep things cold!

I love our New refrigerator. It’s like night and day from our old refrigerator. Fishing design love the quiet closing of the doors works great easy fast delivery installation.

Nice fridge

When our fridge died, we bought this one to replace it. Still getting used to it. There is deeper storage on the doors than before so the doors are a bit heavier and sometimes bang closed. I had some broccoli stems freeze on a shelf, not in the produce bin. Overall it is a good fridge with good organization and I appreciate not living out of coolers with ice as we waited for delivery.

crappy delivery people

about 20 min to unload and plug in!...I asked if they checked for water leaks and he said yes as he was leaving and I never seen him do it. I spent an hour trying to tear off plastic to put the door shelves in. one guy was so wreckers tearing the plastic that all kinds if threads were left behind. Good thing I had a box knife! What if this was my 85 yr old mother? She would not have been able to use half of fridge until family flew there to help! on top of this it was special order and I had to wait 3 weeks for it in my new house...sales guy and I checked measurements and it doesn't fit on the top so now have tear out cabinet above or return it! it's the hinge that's in the way and inaccurate in measurements. last purchase from lowes after 35 years!

Ice Maker doesn't work!!

We bought this fridge 5 days ago and the ice maker doesn't work, and when we called for service we are told that there isn't a service person in our area therefore they will not be coming. So we will be returning the appliance for a refund.

We are so happy with this fridge! I especially love all the storage on the door with water and ice, every other model with in door water and ice made you lose all the shelf space inside. There’s a shelf that’s the perfect size for a gallon of milk, and plenty of room for tons of food. We did take one shelf out, it made the other shelves too short to store anything on. Hopefully this will last us a long time!

Problems with freezer

I bought this 3 weeks ago and have had issues with the freezer since. The seal is allowing air in and formed massive icicles and have it taped shut until I can get a technician to come. So disappointing.
