Twin Cotton Mattress Pad

Very good, thick, soft cotton mattress pad. Absolutely love it except for one thing - the sides would not stretch over the mattress! It was impossible to get it on without pulling REALLY hard and hearing it 'rip'. Once on, it's great. I'm not sure if it is flawed or if they all would be like this.

Wash it and it looks and performs as 40 years old!

GREAT MATTRESS COVER

I've purchased many mattress covers over the years and this particular one is a very high quality quilted cotton material on both the top and bottom of the mattress cover area. Many others are cotten on top and a cheaper nylon material on the bottom.

This is one of the nicest mattress covers I have ever purchased. I am very pleased with the fit and fabric. It makes my sheets so smooth when I make the bed in the morning. I highly recommend it.

Cushy but not too cushy. Fit like a glove on our Simmons Beautyrest Mattress which we also bought from The Home Depot. Great value for a quality product. Would buy again.

Using over topper and am happy. Yay for cotton!

I wanted a cotton cover and soon realized they’re rare. Thankful for this and Target. I use it over a latex mattress topper and not the mattress (which has its own cover).

Best mattress pad ever bought

Best mattress pad I've ever bought. Actual cotton ones that don't include lots of weird anti-microbial treatments are almost impossible to find. Wash really well and get softer with every wash. I have to buy another one because my cat started sleeping on one all the time because it's so soft and cozy - I had washed one and had dumped it on a guest bed and before I got to make the bed he moved in on it :-). So much better than the poly ones!

Great cotton mattress pad - fits perfect and breathable

Finding a cotton mattress pad for my new Queen bed was not easy, so I was very glad to find this one! Cotton breathes so it's cooler than synthetic fibers, and my new bed had a very deep mattress but this one fits perfectly. It also didn't shrink when I washed it, so I ordered a second one to have on hand for bed laundering day.

Disappointed

The quality of this mattress pad appeared to be very good. The problem was that I ordered a king size and the package stated it was a king but no way did it fit my king mattress. I was very disappointed.

Breathable cotton!

100% cotton and easy to put on the bed. Stays in place! Always buy natural cotton for its comfort and breathablity! Definitely recommend.

dont buy

just washed and tried to put on the king bed. The side panels were too small to fit and tore. Returning to store. So disappointed as the top and back were fine and all cotton, but the sides were way to small.

Great fit

I really had to search hard for a mattress cover that WASN'T waterproof. I simply didn't want the plastic, stifled airflow or possible noise. THIS cotton mattress cover is exactly what I was looking for. It washed up perfectly out of the package, no factory smell (my husband and I are very sensitive to this), fits my twin XL (split king) mattresses snugly, is smooth under a fitted sheet and masks the dimples of the underlying latex mattress. Completely satisfied with purchase.

Don't waste your hard earned money. This is ony 1/8 inch thick

Manufacturer's description states "1 inch thick" this is deceptive marketing and not a typo. We measured the pad's thickness at barely 1/8th inch thick. Never used or washed it, just opened packaged saw product and returned. Target wasted our time and money. Wish we coud leave a zero rating.

Poor quality workmanship (sewing). Returned first pad for major breaks in 4 places on side seams where skirt attaches to top; longest was about 10" long.

doesn't fit, mine ripped trying to put it on

So I wanted this to work so bad, wanted the mostly all cotton, paid alot of money to get cotton. but went to put it on, what a pain, like inches too small. bought a queen, but I tried my best to manuvuer it around, last corner it ripped, tore. so sad, do I return it?? I need it.

washed and dried before use following tag instructions, still ended up with the skirt being so tight that it tore when I tried to get it over the 3rd corner. can't return so I guess I'll just cope

Spandex doesn't hold up

I really wanted to like this mattress pad--all cotton and a good price, in the Cal King size. However, after the first washing this pad *did* shrink significantly and the spandex ripped in half on one side of the bed when I struggled to put it back on the mattress. It would probably be fine in smaller sizes or if it was dryed for a day or two on a clothesline and not a tumble dryer.
