Piece of crap

We’ve had this stove maybe 2 years and the 2 big eyes don’t work, one stopped within 6 months. A third is about to go out now. We’re not 5 star chefs but we all burn the snot out of food on this thing it’s either cooking on the sun or warm-ish. DO NOT buy this!!!!!!

Died after 6 months

There was a loud pop, and the unit died after 6 months of use. Unfortunately, due to COVID we installed this after countertops after 7 months and hence it was outside the manufacturers warranty. They refused to fix it, and customer support on their side was very slow to respond. If you're actually relying on support, it's pretty much useless as you're going to want to have your stove fixed ASAP. I would look for a more mature and well supported brand.

Haven’t installed this yet, just unboxed it but it looks amazing! So excited to ditch the electric burners in my house for this new type of cooktop and I love how seamless this looks with the countertops.

The cooktop was very confusing to me. I had never had a conduction stove before. I hav finally figured this thing out and it is bloody marvelous. It heats up so quickly and cooks so fast……I love it. I can’t believe I wasted all that time with my old cooktop…..it took forever to heat up. I burned the first thing I made. I turned it on , put oil in it. With my old oven I had time to chop my onion and mushrooms…not this cooktop it was ready so quickly I couldn’t believe it. Anyway I threw my veggies in and it immediately started sizzle. I just wasn’t ready and they burned. Well I learned something…have the food your going to cook ready and start out on med or low. I absolutely love it.

We love it. The only thing I didn't realize was that most of our pans/pots weren't for induction heat and we had to purchase all new ones. So far I love it, and it's so easy to clean.

Gasland impressed me with their customer service

Our first one came. We hooked it up and nothing. There was power going to the unit. We had the lines checked, nothing wrong. I contacted Gasland. After a few videos and photos, they sent us a new one, quickly. So far very happy with the new unit.

Bad spot on eye

Already got a bad spot on the front right eye and haven't cooked that much or even cooked on high heat. I tried cleaning it but it want come off .

So far I love every bit of it. The speed is amazing and you can boil water in about a minute! But you do have to be careful because everything cooks super fast!
