Weak cooling
What a Workhorse!
Wow, this little air conditioner is a work horse. Its quick and cooled my room quickly.

very loud AC
Very loud, use in my bedroom, keeps me awake a lot. Sounds like it's going to blow up. Expected betrer quality from GE.

Great but not perfect
The AC is great, small, is noise some sometimes but in my opinion it could cold a little bit more.
Runs great! Cools all of my studio apartment without a problem. Setup was a bit difficult though but once done it ran flawlessly!
Great little unit
My old portable unit just couldn't keep the temperature down. Not wanting to spend a whole lot of money I ordered this 10,000 BTU window unit. As my vinyl windows in my work shop are not the strongest, Installed a window brace. Installation of unit was straight forward. Even if it's 90 degrees outside, it keeps it at 72. Very pleased.
Broke within one year
I purchased this product last summer (2023) and it stopped producing cold air this summer (2024). The customer service refused to give me any service or replacement because it was one month after its warranty. If the life expectancy of a window AC is less than one year, I will not buy another ge appliance ever again.

Blows cold air.
It works well. I do enjoy it thus far. No problems so far.
It isn’t working. The ac unit isn’t cooling. The compressor isn’t working.
