Buyers beware: Poor customer support

The product was delivered without screws and plugs. After emailing the customer support got a runaround but not the needed hardware.

Terrible customer service

The product arrived with missing screws. After two weeks of emailing back and forth still got no screws. Does it take an act of god to send a bag screws?

Looks Great

Word of warning for any pre set frameless glass shower enclosure, Don’t buy them for an old house unless it was entirely gutted and you are sure the walls are plumb. Luckily the company I called to install was able to make it work. Do take the suggestion of having a Pro install this. There are the small leaks around the door jams at the bottom but nothing a bath mat or towel can’t handle. High quality product and I would recommend or buy for another remodel but not on an older house (1971 mine).

Did not get what I ordered.

Just installed it today with a license contractor. Like others already commented, it's leaking water on the wall and floor due to either poor seal or hinges. Please provide a solution.

Looks expensive but it's not

I wanted a high-end master bath on a budget. Sure, I could have spent more money, but i would have gotten the same look.

I Love it! It’s gorgeous. Just what I expected from the pictures. I just wish the published materials were more specific in size of side walls. It worked for me since I had plenty of room in my newly built bathroom.

Good frameless shower kit

Got this as an alternative to a more expensive custom shower and we're pleased. Looks good, huge interior space. It uses flexible trim in lieu of silicone caulk to seal the edges. There was a little bit of fudge factor in installing the trim and doors, which proved necessary because our walls were not plumb. Only criticism is that the trim did not fit exactly at the hinges and bends out instead of going under the flange, but we are happy with this purchase.

After putting the shower door all together. The doors will not shut all the way or go together.

To avoid delaying your remodel project Be sure to buy a matching compatible acrylic corner base from this manufacturer if you are not putting in custom tile poured or other material (tile/stone) base.

Modern, clean looking shower door, great for tight spaced due to the double doors.

I have sold this door several time to my clients. It's made well, priced well and looks great. The double doors are nice when space is limited.

I love the way it looks...and it is a very well made product, it looks custom at one third the custom price..unfortunately, the installer from Lowes didn't install properly and it leaked like a sieve. Eventually I got it fixed...just make sure the installer knows what he is doing...this one didn't
