I bought a defryer and used it for a month, and it caught fire in one day. The warranty was for one month, but I couldn't return it after one day.

fraudulent warranty implications
fryer was installed by a professional and cost $395 to install, the unit once it reached temperature the pilot would go off. First day of installation. i requested warranty work, I'm being informed they will dispatch someone within 5-7 days for repairs. It's been 3 weeks, no call or response, finally I spoke to the manufacturing tech, he said quote " return it to retailer, we can't find anyone to perform repairs ". I hope Sams club will open litigation for breach of contract and stop selling this manufacturer & all their products. My company will pursue litigation for breach of contract and damages against General in Florida. Do not buy anything with this company label or manufactured by them since they do not honor warranty.
Not ready to use!
A gas line to hook it up to propane did not come with it and I don’t know where to purchase one at. I was prepared to use it but couldn’t.
