Love it

I love this ice maker. The ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working and it never made enough ice anyway. I did a lot of research and purchased this one. Yes, you do have to break apart the ice, but it’s quick and easy. I bought a metal ice scoop and I simply plunge it into the ice bricks a couple of times and it breaks it apart. I have had it a month and a half and use it to get ice several times a day. I have six people in my family and it does a great job of keeping up with our ice needs.

I bought this ice maker as a gift for my mom and she loves it. Her ice maker in her freezer has broken twice and repairs are expensive. This ice maker is great. It makes nice sized cubes pretty fast.

great added piece to kitchen

it is helpful specially for when you have guests. i just wish it would give you separate ice cubes instead of a sheet of ice

It makes ice as advertised, but I didn't receive the water jug with it. Please tell me if I need to order the water pitcher and include the instruction within the email. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.

Never again

very expensive, it was not what I thought, if you don't use the ice it will melt quickly, I don't like it and we didn't return it because we threw away the box

I love this ice machine I had it for almost 2 years. It drops clear ice cubes and makes ice quickly. I do not have any problems at all. It needs to be cleaned periodically as with everything you buy. I am cleaning it now with warm soap and water as instructed in the manual. So for those posting those disgusting pictures, it means you did not clean your ice machine. Go clean it and stop posting bad remarks. Also, if you are using water from the faucet regular drinking water has impurities in it which will cause discoloration. Change your water. It has nothing to do with the manufacturer; the user needs to clean the machine. No issues here 5 stars!!!! If you are considering buying this machine. Buy it you will not be dissapointed.

Took a while to pick an ice machine and finally picked this one and was glad I did. The timer function, easy drainage and size of the cubes are all great features

How did I live without this?

This ice machine is absolutely wonderful! It is used by everyone, including the family dog! It is so easy to operate and will be excellent for the warmer weather!

I have had quite a few ice machines over the years and this is the best one I have ever had. It makes a lot of ice quickly compared to other machines. It’s so easy to use and clean. I would definitely recommend this ice machine.
