The best reel there!

This is the best hose reel we’ve had. It’s easy to maneuver if you need to move it, plus it’s very easy to reel in the hose. We like it so much that we bought another just like it for our other outdoor faucet.

what a difference from my old reel. works easy. only thing that would make it better is if it were easier to move.

Heavy and appears to be well-built. Quality fittings and simple assembly. Warranty is attractive.

I've only had this for a short while and I already love it. The box it came in was well packed. Assembly was relatively easy as was the hook up and use. Be advised: try to follow the directions as best as you can, properly identify each part, and ensure parts are in the right configuration before fastening together! Don't ask me how I know this, trust me. The reel is very sturdy and stays put while pulling out hose for the most part. Aluminum with plastic/composite for main frame/spool with brass connections and stainless fasteners. Connectors for included hose are also brass. The garden hose reel connection is offset from the spool just enough to allow a smooth winding of the garden hose and gives the reeled up hose a nice organized appearance. I foresee having this for years to come.

This is the second one I have purchased for our home. It is easy to assemble and study.

This is perfect. Best quality out there. Slightly heavy, (for seniors), but that is from the quality that will last. I love all Gorilla products. Kudos.

EZ assembly. Quality materials and liked the brass hose connections to feeder hose, normally a weak point in most reels. Sturdy, not like the cheap plastic reels. They have a model w/ wheels too.

Fantastic hoses reel. I'm on my second wheeled steel 200 ft hose reel. It has rested out again and is a labor to crank. This hose reel goes together super simply, is a breeze to crank in 175 ft of hose and looks like it is fairly bulletproof. Could not be happier.

Much better than other all plastic hose reels, but still a little pricey. overall I'm happy with my choice

Easy to assemble and appears to be quite well made/sturdy. However, the “handle” isn’t that high, so it’s actually a bit difficult to move…you have to bend over quite a bit. I’ll know more after it’s put to use next spring/summer.

Sturdy & Easy Assembly

Easy to assemble. The directions say to wrap the brass coupler with plumbing tape (not included) if your garden hose has an aluminum coupler, which will prevent galvanic corrosion. Complete assembly took under 30 minutes.

Much better than those cheap plastic hose reels. This one doesn't leak and is easy to reel up.

Great value for a hreat product!

This is our second purchase of a Gorilla Hose Reel. The first one is in the backyard and this one is in the front yard. I bought a cheaper reel from another manufacturer and what a difference in quality. So I had to go back to HD and get the Gorilla. Lesson learned. This is a good sturdy product. The hose rolls up nice and smoothly.
