The USB plugs are very tight. I don't think there's very much risk of pulling the a USB cable out accidentally without realizing it.

Difficult to install, but works fine once I got it in.

The product works fine, but was a hassle to install, due to the fact that the outlet is significantly deeper than most of my outlet boxes. Make sure it will fit where you want it before purchase. It would NOT fit where I wanted it to go. But it charges my stuff nicely.

Seems like temperature changes are characteristic .. changes how quickly they react. Met expectations as have purchased multiple times.
