Chair was missing alen wrench but I had a full set so this was no problem. The chair came with full instruction. I'm very happy with the chair so far.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. I am so disappointed. I used to love this chair - it was comfy and perfect for WFH. But fast forward only 1.5 years of using the chair on and off, CRACKS STARTED APPEARING. For a chair that is supposed to be worth several hundred dollars, I would certainly expect it to last longer than a measly 1.5 years. I've had much cheaper chairs that have lasted much longer. This purchase is equivalent to buying a shiny new book, only to discover that someone scribbled all over and ripped a page halfway through the book. BUYER BEWARE. Don't be dazzled by all the positive reviews like I was when I bought this chair. Your expectations will fall down to reality soon enough.

I absolutely love this chair, I work from home so I’m constantly sitting 8 hrs a day. Just when I start to feel fatigue I hit the latch and lean back, prop my legs up with the leg rest and adjust my lumbar pillow by the time my shift over you’d think I’ll jump out the chair but instead I lounge and watch TV because I’m so comfortable. Another feature I realize when I really need to sit in a 90 degree position the back can be positioned to a forward tilt, I love it. Way better than the ergonomic expensive one my job purchased. Highly recommend, real ergo friendly.

It was easy enough to assemble on my own, there was a moment I literally had to use my head when installing the backrest, it worked out alright. There was also a weird thing about one of the cylinders the armrest slot into where it didn’t go all the way through the leather but that was easily fixed with my fingers It looks nice and it’s very comfortable. I love the colours. When I roll around on it, it’s very smooth comparing to the old chair on wheels. Would definitely recommend this.

I’m 5”9 and weigh 210lb. This chair fits me fine. I do wish it had a bit more cushioning. It is firm and supports my back and neck very well. It’s great for those 3-4 hour gaming sessions. Not to sure after that. It does recline 180° and is adjustable to everything in between. I don’t really use the legs rest,but it’s nice to have. Assembly was pretty easy didn’t take long at all. Overall I’m very satisfied with with gaming chair.

little disappointed. It is not as comfortable as I expected. It might be a personal taste, but I would recommend trying the chairs ahead. The leg support is useless, it is very fragile and feels like you can bend it if you put too much weight so I am not using it at all - with the fact that you cannot adjust the arms rests so you cannot really slide under the table to work in a more relaxed position that leg rest is for nothing

This is an amazing chair! I use this chair at work in a hospital surgery department. Needless to say, I am the envy of the staff as I have the coolest chair. This chair was easy to assemble. It took 20 minutes. The chair was just as it describes and the previous reviews were accurate. The chair is very comfortable to sit it. Laying back, reclining fully, the chair is also very comfortable. My only wish for this chair is that I do like a chair that rocks. The back of this chair locks into whatever position you want to be in. However, once you find your sweet spot, it’s very comfortable. I highly recommend this chair. It was delivered in a few days without any damage. Enjoy!!

At first this chair had been fantastic! Over the last week it has started to make a very loud squealing noise when you push it to the reclining position. The noise is so loud it can be heard throughout the house. We figured out where the noise was coming from and tried to grease it so it would stop. However, it is still doing it. My husband concluded that the piece that helps the chair go back has a bearing pack too tight and that this will eventually lead to the chair not working. I came on here hoping that we could get a replacement part or maybe replace it but after 30 days you are outta luck-even if it is a defective product. It's only been 3 months since we received it. What a waste of $150.

I bought this chair as a surprise for my husband who is a hard worker, and deserves a comfortable chair to relax in when he is home. He absolutely loves it. Said it is the most comfortable chair he has ever used. He found it easy to assemble, and got right to relaxing!

My son is a professional gamer, and we are very happy with this chair! It is high quality, put together well, and looks like it will last him a long time. The stitching looks great, the colors are beautiful, and, unlike many gaming chairs, the seat is soft and more plush than most of what we found out there. Compared to some of the very high dollar chairs, this chair is more comfortable, as we have sat in many on our search for him the perfect chair. We definitely recommend!! You can't beat the price!!
