Nicely made, dove gray. Don’t have it installed yet, but so far very pleased. No shipping issues and arrived quickly and intact.

This base works very well. I like the right side drain. We used to have a center drain and it was always getting stepped on and bent. This drain is strong plastic and the entire right side of the pan containing the drain is recessed and then covered with a thick panel. The entire pan is slanted toward the drain. Looks nice and works great. The pan seems strong and has a good non-slip surface.

A Solid Base With Mortar Footing -Bad Drainage

I am a DIY’er so you’ll have to forgove any stupid mistakes that i may have made. The pan fit well and you should make sure that you use thin set mortar to provide the foubdation for the pan. I had a failure when I used more cement like mortar after reading mis-leading Internet advice. But with the thinset the pan feels like bedrock under yoyr feet. I check and doible checked that the pan was level. The threshold being level doesnt help with standing water. Thr wide thresholds on the sides and back allow a lot of water to juat pool. There is only a gradient in the main pan area. If you have soft water get ready to clean the pan on a weekly basis - or you will get pink soap scum build up really fast

Drain is very cheap looking plastic

The shower pan looks good. It's not quite as gray as it is portrayed on the web site. The drain is a different story. It is all cheap plastic and no directions came with it. I contacted the company through their support line and they had not install instructions to send me.
