Great and fun portable grill!

Love it! Good for making a meal where instead of washing five pans it’s just one! Extremely non stick. Only complaint is the buildup of oil from meat can be a bit messy. Maybe not for making five burgers at once.

Induction pans

The worst company I have ever experienced. There products are terrible. 3 of rhe pans I brought that was in a set that cost ne 300 00 do not work on my stove. I have reached out many times abd no one has ever called me back. Do not order from this Company

customer service is a joke would not return produc

I bought this grill thinking that I would love it. It took forever to cook, bacon it didn’t get hot enough. It melted everything around it. I simply didn’t like it so I called customer support. They practically laughed at me. They said we don’t give returns after the product is used, until I tried it I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life by a company. I gave my harder money to them. I didn’t like the product and they refused to return. I cannot say bad things about this company and I don’t know who the owner is, but they better get their act together.

Customer service is a joke

I bought the grill online. I thought I would love it. It took forever to cook, bacon it knocked it everything around it. I just simply didn’t like it. I emailed for a return after using it one time and was told we don’t give returns after it’s been used, I know if I liked it I used it, customer service was smirky and a joke. They refused to let me return the product. This company is going to have big problems. I have never been refused a return in my life.. I don’t know who the CEO is or the owner but they better make some big changes and I’m gonna get my money back or I’m gonna continue to leave these horrible reviews for this horrible company

Absolute junk

I thought I was gonna love this pan. I got it home, took it out of the box. It took 40 minutes to cook bacon everything around it got hot. I just didn't like it. I tried to return it and the company said we don't give returns once it's been used how would I know if I'd liked it until I used it? I've never been treated so poorly in my life, zero customer service awful

Love this grill! It is such a breeze to clean. I’ll be using this grill all the time.

Excellent buy

We are delighted with this griddle/grill. We did a family dinner around the kitchen island with cheese melting over pre boiled potatoes. On top we cooked an array of meats and veggies. The kids loved the slow eating process and so many small bites. We have also used it for Sunday breakfast which for six people can feel overwhelming. My husband was able to fry all the meat and eggs on the griddle while grits cooked on the stove. He loves that the top comes off for cleaning! We are excited to do more meals with this and to try some desserts in the mini pans.

Great raclette machine

Green pan bistro grill

Bought online to use on Christmas Eve for pancakes and it didn’t even get hot. Doesn’t work. I’m going back to mt cheap griddles that lasted 20 years This grind file is laughable. I will be returning this item immediately.

Heat elements stopped working within 2 months

Heating elements stopped working after 2 months, I received a replacement, the replacement lasted another 2 months. I'm now told that they will not replace the replacement as they already fulfilled my previous request. Company does not have quality items nor stand behind them. Beware.

Multi-purpose appliance

Good idea in theory, but in practice it does not do what it says it is supposed to do. Uneven heating and the temperature on the griddle does not get warm enough to cook food in a timely manner.

Great until it stopped working

I used this nearly every day to make toast and/or reheat items in the little trays. The top is great for searing and grilling. After about 6 months, it suddenly stopped working. Nordstrom said to contact GreenPan to see if they had a warranty. I am disappointed Nordstrom won't replace it.

Nice concept

We live in a small space and try and find products that will serve dual purposes. Had high hopes for this, but were disappointed with the cooking surface. It only heated up in the middle - anything not directly in the middle was just warmed.

Item was sent used!

I was so excited to get this item but that was until I opened the package and got disgusted at what I seen. STAY AWAY. I tried to reach out to customer service and no one answered. I tried sending emails and no answer.

Would not buy again

I bought this five weeks ago and it already stopped working, does not heat.

Died in less than a year

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loved using it at first as it made breakfast easier and faster. But it clearly isn’t built for continuous use, it died and it hasn’t even been a year yet. Meanwhile the cheap griddle we bought ages ago is still running. Another downside for me is that the temp doesn’t get hot enough to really do anything other than breakfast.

Best Party Grill

I got this Party Grill for my birthday and have been using it for all kind of events. Brunches, dinner, all my guests are loving it. So versatile and fun to use! Above all i love that it's so nonstick, no hard time cleaning up afterwards.
