Amazing First Experience with Cast Iron!

This was my first time using a cast iron pan, and I’m officially a fan for life! From the very first use, it impressed me with its even heat distribution and naturally non-stick surface. I made eggs that slid right out of the pan without a fight — no scraping or broken yolks here! I also sautéed some veggies, and they came out perfectly tender with a slight char that you just can’t get with other pans.

Great Even Heat

This pan is great for everything from chicken to eggs haha. It heats up faster than my other cast iron cookware which was a nice surprise. And despite it heating up quickly, there is no sacrifice on quality. The pan is quite heavy and substantial, and heats nice and evenly. My old stainless pan I used to use for making scrambled eggs doesn't hold a candle to this. No hot spots or cold spots while cooking, it was quite refreshing to use. Large ,durable and versatile

I received this cast iron pan to test. After seasoning it with olive oil I have had the opportunity to make a few dishes using this cast iron pan on my grill,stovetop and oven. My favorite has been using it to make pull apart cinnamon rolls in my oven they came out great without sticking to the pan. I did find this to be a heavier cast iron pan then others I used so just made sure to be careful using it on my cooktop

Constant Used Tool

I recently used my cast iron frying pan to make grilled vegetables, and the results were delicious. I recently purchased this cast iron frying pan, and I couldn't be more impressed with its performance! I tested it out by making pizzas, and to my surprise, the new pan performed just as well—if not better—than my well-seasoned one. Beautiful pan

I received this cast iron frying pan free from Napoleon for testing purposes. I am a cast iron afficiado so I was very excited to test this pan. First of all, it has a gorgeous finish and I had no problem with any food sticking to it. It heated up evenly and quickly. It's quite deep which was great for the chili I made in it. It's a large pan so you can make large meals in it. I also made Jalapeno Cornbread in the pan. I misjudged how much batter I'd need so it was a very thin cornbread but cooked quickly! Did not stick to the pan at all. Like all cast iron, it's a heavy pan so I am glad it has two handles for moving it. After making both dishes in the pan on the barbeque, it washed up quickly and easily and looks brand new!

Loving this cast iron pan

I got this recently as I was looking for something to cook openly on the grill. I was tired of using disposable foil pans and thought I would try this instead. I love the durability and the size. This pan allowed me to cook up some amazing sides for a family of four steak dinner!

Versatile Skillet

I have had this skillet for a few weeks now and am very happy with a cast iron skillet. I never considered this type for use as I have an induction cooktop- but actually it works really well on it! It performed magnificently on the BBQ too (Napoleon BBQ a of course !)

Beautiful Cast Iron Pan, very happy..

I had the wonderful opportunity to test this wonderful cast iron pan free from Napoleon.. I wasn't sure if I needed to season it so on the side of caution I seasoned twice. First meal, local scallops in butter. Cooked up beautifully. Heated evenly and I am sure that this pan is going to be used as our favorite pan going forward. Quality is excellent.. [Rewarded Review] Great Skillet!

Received this cast iron skillet as part of the tester program and all I can say is wow! From ease of seasoning the skillet(did twice to give a good coating), to using for my cook, I found the cast iron skillet to be very well made, retain heat evenly and so versatile overall! I used mine to do a chocolate pecan cobbler, but the options are limitless to what you can use the skillet for. I would recommend reaseasoning after the first use and then after every few uses to keep the quality of the skillet high.

This large cast iron pan is my new favorite thing to cook with. The size and depth of the pan is amazing for just about anything you want to cook. It easily goes from the grill/stove to the oven to complete the steaks. I have had this for about a month now and I use this 2 times a day. [Rewarded Review] Excellent Frying Pan!

I got this about a month ago and it took me awhile to use it because I was gone on vacation. After seasoning it, I have used it three times. First, I browned some country-style ribs on top of the stove. The pan is light and I like the fact that it has two handles. Then, I made cornbread by baking it in the skillet at 425 degrees in the oven. The cornbread turned out fantastic. I was very pleased at the evenness of the way the cornbread baked. Finally, I made stir-fry in the pan on the top of the stove and it turned out fantastic. My favorite feature of the pan are the high sides. They give you more surface room and allow to to bake things in the pan.

Excellent Frying Pan

The Napoleon Cast Iron Frying Pan is lighter both in weight and colour than our existing cast iron pan (Lagostina). I was quite impressed with its non-stick performance without having properly seasoned it. I simply preheated the pan, quickly coated it with avocado oil then used it immediately to make teriyaki chicken. I tossed chicken into the hot pan and didn’t move it until it had released (this is important when cooking with cast iron or stainless steel). It didn’t stick at all, even after adding sauce and simmering for about 10 minutes. Cleanup was a breeze–just a little soap and water–no scrubbing required! I am looking forward to using it again and again.
