We drink a lot of different types of tea. We have owned many different brands of electric kettles. This is our favorite electric kettle. The buttons are easily marked to heat water to different temperatures which really makes tea taste better. Makes a great gift for a tea lover!

I purchased one of these early in the year, but I purchase another one for my church. We had hurricane damage and aren’t able to use the stove. Using the electric carafe, we will be able to provide hot tea after service

The BEST electric kettle ever.

My third electric kettle over the past ten years or so, it is by far the best one! Glass is a HUGE plus and the different settings or different teas, coffee, etc is my favorite. I never knew I needed it until I had it. I use it several times daily between boiling water, tea, and coffee. I am in love!

Buyers beware!!!

This is a piece of junk!!! I tried four of these because I like that those are made of glass, do have multiple temperature choices and do have a keep warm setting. The first three failed within the first three boiling cycles (there are three cycles required to clean the item before use). First: the boiling cycle does not have an automatic shutoff, the other ones do. Crazy, as the boiling cycle should be the one with an automatic shutoff priority compared to the other choices. The first three failed after the first or second use, defaulting to one of the temperature setting and not reacting to any of the push buttons (including start/stop). This last one (number four) passed the cleaning cycles(!!!) Tomorrow we will see if it is still working! Now it did work three times, but the beeps at the 'reached temperature' do NOT work! Those beeps were working fine on the first three until those failed completely. I have been working with electronics and software for over 55 years, and this is the WORST design ever!!! Whoever designed these electronics and/or wrote the software should be fired! No questions asked!!!

Excellent electric kettle. Bought this to replace my stainless steel Hamilton electric kettle after the lid broke and it's quite the upgrade. Love the presets that are the same I had on the old one, but this one has a built in filter and a much better button for opening the lid. I wasn't sure about switching to glass but it works great and as a bonus it's kinda pretty when it's all lit up and the water starts to roll. I think this one will probably last longer than the Hamilton one did. Definitely recommend it!

Great kettle with lots of nice features!

Great electric kettle — love the different temperature settings and the “hold temp” button so the kettle stays on until I’m ready for it. Good size. Cord is on the shorter side — could be a negative if you aren’t close enough to a plug.

This looks like a great. Product but I don't know how it proforms because I received it with a Crack in the glass so it unable to to hold water but I I really liked how it looks. Wish it was usable. Best part they didn't even offer to replace it ,Ya me! I'll be going to Amazon

I received this instant hot water pot less than 3 weeks ago, it was easy to use. However it already stopped working on its 3 week. Not sure what I should do, maybe bring it to Walmart to see if I can return it. Bad quality, No, I don’t recommend this product.

Make sure to keep the box!!

The sensor on the bottom of the kettle formed rust around the edges within a week of purchase (so keep your box because I couldn’t return the kettle without the box). The lid doesn’t open but halfway making it difficult to add water and clean the kettle.
